At the Clearfork location we were greeted by Betty who was beaming and so sweet. She was patient with us and did not stop smiling! Our night was made from her radiant personality!

Superb! Jessica was just a total sweetheart 💝 Walked by and the windows caught my attention. So glad we walked in. The flavors were amazing! I had the amaretto icecream on a freshly made cone. OMG! YES! And then I had the gingerbread macaron and it was just elegance in my mouth. The Lemon macaron was the highest quality macaron I have ever had. Truly the best macaron spot in Texas. You must must must come!!!

When you walk in, there’s beautiful showcases of macarons and ice cream macaron sandwiches… everything looks delectable and well tended. We chose a 12 pack of macarons and every last one of them was AMAZING!! These are the best macarons I have ever tasted. They just melt in your mouth. You can tell whoever makes the delicious delights at this establishment does so with love and care. Could not recommend more!! We will be back. Thanks for being one of the highlights of my birthday weekend. ??

Thankfully, they offer creative options like ice cream with a macaron on the side and my personal favorite, macaron ice cream sandwiches.
The experience here is always pleasant, with friendly staff who often recognize me and start my order right away, thanks to my many visits. The atmosphere is inviting and perfect for a sweet treat.
One charming feature is the cutest bubble windows and a bubbled door entrance, which adds a whimsical touch to the place. Just a heads-up: pay attention to where the handle is, as I've seen several people wonder how to get in!
However, there’s one aspect that might be a bit off-putting – the payment terminal almost forces a tip. I’m a generous tipper, but I don’t appreciate feeling pressured into tipping. It might just be a personal pet peeve, but it’s something to be aware of.
Additionally, dine-in seating is extremely limited. There are only about six seats inside, and a few tables outside. While outdoor seating can be nice, the Texas heat can be a real challenge.
Despite these minor issues, the delicious treats more than make up for it. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and enjoy the fantastic macarons and ice cream at Joy Macarons. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Natalie for everything today. I called in (from out of town) a last minute order for a coworker for their birthday. She was so accommodating, followed up promptly and made the entire process so smooth, everything was perfect right down to the delivery. She even offered to close the doors temporarily and walk the order over to our office which was just a 4 min walk. I've had these macarons before and they are excellent! I work in town but live out of state. My kids love when I bring these macarons home for them and I have recently made it a tradition to do so. Thank you Natalie for all that you do!
