I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. My corn dogs were undercooked as it still had batter mix, with the cheese inside still solid and completely unmelted. The food didn't taste fresh at all, and it was clear that quality was not a priority. I tried to resolve issue and the worker said it was my fault because I took too long. Even though I waited in the store the entire time.
To make matters worse, the only worker on duty at the time showed a complete disregard for basic hygiene. I watched as she used the same gloves to handle money, touch the kiosk, and then serve/cook my food without changing them. This is a serious sanitation issue that shouldn't be overlooked.
I emailed the company to express my concerns and hoped for a resolution, but I never heard back. It feels like they just took my money and ran. This experience was a complete letdown, and I won't be returning.

*DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY * The hot dogs had no flavor. The pizza dog was so mushy when it was delivered and as a Latina, i ordered a cochinada and was disgusted! Was so nasty and all you could taste was lemon/lime juice and some nasty white power that was on top. Ugh…you want a real cochinada go to Gran Plaza or La mexicana in Samson Park.

They are about 6.50 each but are decent size

The potato hot dog with all beef frank gets it's own five stars
Though the area inside the shop might seem small, the aroma it gives off is a pleasant feeling. The music playing in the background and the designs along the walls are wonderful; the environment is welcoming to everyone. The workers are kind and respectful, helping in anyway they can whether it’s recommending popular orders or brightening up your day with a smile. However, there are quite a few bugs(dead or almost) and the floors are a bit dirty. Other than that, there are no other cons that i can point out. The food also comes out in less than 10 minutes, and they taste delicious. I would definitely come here again to taste every single corn dog, and other kinds of food they serve. 5 star automatically:)
