First time trying this place and I was disappointed to find out the inside wasn’t completely cooked. The cheese was hard, cold, and unmelted. The meat part of the corn dog was also cold. I would rather have a longer wait time to ensure it’s fully cooked than it be rushed.

This place is truly a hidden gem! I went in and the girl at the front counter was super nice and had amazing customer service skills. I ordered a k-town original hot dog with sugar on top and it was delicious, I will definitely be coming back!

My wife put in a $40 order lastnight for our KIDS went to pick it up & was told she would not be given her order or a refund because they don't accept orders from the ktown hot dog site which is their site but they sure took our Money!!
This place is running a SCAM!! They know about the website but yet don’t take orders from it nor do they refund you but that website still takes peoples money for that location! SMH
If you plan on getting a Korean Hotdog the place inside the mall is way better. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this location if you don’t want to get scammed!!

So I thought when I went and how calm the establishment was I thought everything was going to be good my husband and I tried Two Hands in the past so wanted to try this spot.... we went in there was no line we ordered what we wanted and waited about 5 minutes for it we tried it in our car and my husband wasnt pleased with the potato one so I tried a bite and I agreed only two bites out the corn dog I decided to see if we could swap it for a different flavor the guy that took our order told me he couldn't so I asked could I receive a refund or at least half money back mind you these are $6 per corn dog the boy proceeded to tell me he didn't think so I asked for a manager he told me have one I was confused he told me the only ones there was him and his coworker I asked well who hired you then he proceeded to act like a manager wouldn't be there till tomorrow I asked for her information he told me hold on I waited another 5 minutes he came out told me he double checked with his manager and she said he could swap it for us. So I gave him the new order and tried to give him the old one back he refused it and told me to trash it or eat it for myself I went back to the car and just gave it to my kids and waited another 5 minutes I went back in to get the item a female came out and asked me if I gave the old item back I told her I tried to he told me to keep it then she said I couldn't get the swap out unless i gave the old item back so that irritated me more because not only did I think I was getting a new one it waited around for it... not only that when I told the girl she can check the camera she told me she did and all she saw was us talking about it and him reaching for it I said yes I tried to give it to him does the camera have audio she said no and apparently I can't talk to the manager because she doesn't want her info giving out but I'm confused isn't the business number online i just wanna speak when she came in.... overall 1/5 experience wouldn't go back.
