Ashley was very helpful and gave honest feedback upon each item I inquired about even after arriving 4 minutes before closing. Each item I’ve purchased has been delicious and I’m very picky. Chicken/Bacon/Ranch pizza - 10/10

This place is amazing. Not only are the meals great for my health plan, but the flavor is unbelievable. It checks off all of my boxes: - chef quality - non-processed - high protein - low carbs - absolutely delicious I’m pretty hard to impress, but Fit Plate cracked the code. Great food and great value. And owned by great people!

Really sweet young man at the front! It was our first time in and he explained the keto diet and gave us great recommendations. We got the brisket quesadillas, Green Chili Enchiladas, Pizza and other items, can’t wait to try! 10/10 Service and experience.

Finally stopped by the Keller location due to their recent post and my desire to support locally owned businesses. I could not recommend this place more. Cheaper than fast food and better quality food. The value is well worth it to me. Everything I’ve had so far has been fantastic. Most meals are done in under two minutes in the microwave. The portions were smaller than I expected but who couldn’t use a little portion control these days. Also, I have yet to eat a meal and still be hungry. Please go shop the Keller location so it can remain open and I can continue to get these great tasting meals.

My wife and I are both on keto. It's hard for us to find places that have a lot of options for us that keep us within our macros. My wife's friend recommended this place, and I'm glad she did. I got the bacon wrapped blackened chicken strips, and it came with a small side of vegetables. De-li-cious! I'll definitely be going back to try out other options on their menu.

Way too overpriced for meal prepped food. You can get all these ingredients from walmart - meal prep and freeze it. 1 meal is the cost of a freeh meal from vitality bowls. The food was nice but this doesn’t justify the cost. Dessert is way overpriced too

Picked up 6 meals, so far everything was really good! Specifically the Jalapeno Cream Enchiladas and the Jalapeno Stuffed Cheddar Meatloaf. Cheaper than a meal service because there is no subscription or delivery fee. Also, cheaper than a fast food meal these days and healthy!

3/5 I bought two freezer meals for $10 each and both were dry and very average. I am able to make my own meals at home with many fewer carbs than their items so I’m not sure why they are so high in carbs. A small container of dressing was $10. Overall, just too expensive, tastes average, and quality not there to support it.

Trying keto, I didn't know where to start. Keto kitchen really helped me realize there and substitutions and meals that can be made for keto meals!

I was very surprised and pleased with these meals!!! I got 14 meals, 5 desserts, and one appetizer (sausage balls) for $208… The dinners are filling and the desserts are delicious!!! We will definitely be back for more!!! Especially, on nights I don’t want to cook, lol…

If you are counting numbers for whatever effort you are doing. This place Rocks! The food (any dish) has been amazing! I am on the classic keto approach, and their offerings are so diverse that you'll never burn out!!! Ashley is right there to assist dialing you in a plan. With food this good, this easy sustainability isn't an issue.If you're just one person wanting to eat healthier, keto kitchen I would wager is less expensive than the grocery store and bonus it's already made!If you on any diet or healthier eating effort you seriously owe it to yourself to check them out.To Keto Kitchen: I wished you had an incentive like every (input number) meal free or ???? Just an idea, you're already beyond awesome but who doesn't love incentives!!! ?
