I am on the classic keto approach, and their offerings are so diverse that you'll never burn out!!! Ashley is right there to assist dialing you in a plan. With food this good, this easy sustainability isn't an issue.If you're just one person wanting to eat healthier, keto kitchen I would wager is less expensive than the grocery store and bonus it's already made!If you on any diet or healthier eating effort you seriously owe it to yourself to check them out.To Keto Kitchen: I wished you had an incentive like every (input number) meal free or ???? Just an idea, you're already beyond awesome but who doesn't love incentives!!! ?

This place has a large selection and I love that it's available in my area! The lasagna was delicious the spicy shrimp pasta very tasty too. The corn dogs were so good and a real Summer treat. The sausage rolls were okay (I make some I prefer more). The fat bombs were melt-in-your-mouth good!I'd absolutely recommend trying them and personally plan on returning to try more items.

I have been picking up from Keto kitchen Creations for several years now and absolutely love it! The owners have always been so nice and helpful with any questions or concerns I've had. I don't even feel like I'm dieting with these meals because they taste so good. THE JALAPEÑO CREAM CHICKEN ENCHILADAS, yall. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

lol. Here she goes again. I'm leaving a review based on my own experiences. It's a fact that I did not lose any weight while on their meals for a week. It is a fact that meals don't taste the same. Please don't let my review stop you from trying them out. I just wanted to share my personal experience.The meals taste differently from one month to another. I've noticed that meals have changed drastically, whether it's meat portions/sweetness/flavoring (yet the labels have always stayed the same) and every time I've asked it's always "let me check with the cooks...." There have been times when I've been too busy to make my own keto meals and would buy a weeks worth of meals from this place only to not lose any weight at all. When I cook meals for myself at home, I'm losing weight weekly. I'm am very strict on myself when it comes to Keto, so for a fact something is off about their meals/macro count. Also, owner is very rude, God bless her employees. Trust she will reply to this review and try to blame it on me.

The lady in the front did have an attitude about why am I coming in because we normally deliver. Blasting a customer for complaining. I will never return and I think the attitude is disgusting. They are probably trying to save money with less ingredients. Good Luck to this business. I will spread the word to family and friends to not go to this place. Maybe move to California.

Response to business owner: If I was constantly complaining why would I continue to buy from you? I would ask if the receipe changed bc it tastes different. I remember calling to check on the macros label bc it was different from what I had recorded before. I would think as a business to help those in their Keto journey would welcome questions and concerns versus labeling them as constant complainers. I don't think my questions would be considered to be complaints. A complaint is your horrible customer service. I let them know one of the meals tasted off. I had two bites and had to throw it out. The picture is our conversation and how they responded. I have been going to Keto Kitchen for years. As of late their meals have been tasting different and even mislabeled at times. Their chili use to have a ton of meat but this year barely any meat and the macros on label still show the same. I was only reporting a bad meal so maybe they can check if it was a bad batch. I was not looking for a discount. They blocked me on Instagram after this. I am disappointed in how they responded. I support small businesses but not if they have customer service like this.

Very delicious keto foods! Portions are very good very filling and worth every penny only bad thing is they don't have more locations but I'm sure that will.change!!!
I came into this shop on a Tuesday and i am overjoyed with it. The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful with showing me what they offered and what she thought was very good. I ended up getting for different meals and have tried two of them so far. The chicken and hibachi vegetables is definitely a 10 out of 10. The Yum Yum sauce that it comes with is out of this world. I also tried the Cookie dough fat bombs, and they were amazing. The attached picture is of the Parmesan crusted chicken meal, which is also very good. I cannot recommend this place enough. I cannot wait to come back and try new meals.
