If I could rate a minus 10 I would. We went through the drive through at 9:15 pm, the cashier, Kassandra, was extremely rude. 45 minutes until close. We got the 8 piece chicken meal. The biscuits were so hard, they were literally like bricks. Kassandra treated us like we were a big bother. I will never go here again. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. If you read this, please, go somewhere else, don't waste your money or time.

Girl in the drive thru was sweet and kind, except she forgot to give me my drink.... but thats only because the lady in the kitchen distracted her. I asked for shredded cheese on my mash and she told her no they can't do that, yet they sell famous bowl which includes shredded cheese... make it make sense. Anyways then the lady told her to charge something so she can give me the side of cheese so I paid extra as expected but thay fogged the girls brain to forget to give me mu drink. Meal was almost $15 just to get no drink and when I called, of course they didn't answer.

I had ordered door dash tonight 07/01/25 and my driver was waiting 20 minutes just to receive cold food. (I live very close) No gravy, no sauces ! This is ridiculous I waited over a hour for this!

I ordered online for delivery. Was billed Tuesday night. The driver never delivered my order but my online card was charged. I had to go get food- after waiting 2 hours. I did not get a refund.
Ordered online, no gravy, no dipping sauce, no biscuits. Have tried to call store 3 times. No answer. Will be calling corporate. No one seems to care at this location. And corporate just wants your info so they can sell it. Recommend going somewhere else. KFC doesn't care about you.

This KFC is close to my house and the chicken is usually pretty fresh and cooked perfectly. The only thing I did not like was I was told to wait for my food. After waiting about 10 minutes I had to go inside and inquire about my food. The manager quickly resolved the issue and gave me my food.
