Thumbs down! The drive thru young lady had a bad attitude, and a young guy taking out trash was yelling racial slurs because I wanted my order corrected. I tried to give this location another chance after a few mistakes several different times. Never again!

This so called KFC is literally THE WORST KFC I’ve ever had in my Life not once but TWICE, it IS Horrible Service HORRIBLE Chicken HORRIBLE KIDS Working their working high on drugs , red glassy eyes, given you very old chicken, not given you what you pay for , than when you try to approach them to ask them of things they give you the nastiest look , and we PAY FOR THEIR TRASH!?!???? Do NOT Go to this location of KFC, you will be ripped off, period.

This is horrible, expecting to get the famous bowel with popcorn chicken but to be given hard and dry chicken tenders.. also telling your customers you put the condiments in the bag but there is Nothing that was added. Completely empty in the bag. I can say I could never trust this location and to be expecting and get disappointed this big is horrible. I would not suggest anyone to go to this location!!!
Always out of food. They close at 10 pm you pull up at 915 and they’re out of everything. Too lazy to make anything fresh. Find better employees to work there.

Went to get the kids food after school , ordered online went inside waited about 20 min then got the confirmation it “was ready” just to be told it was not. Waited a bit longer with no other costumers in the store for about 10 min. Customers started trickling in and were getting their orders taken , and others that ordered online as well. We asked again if our order was ready just to get looked at and get talked to with attitude. In total we were there an hour even tho we ordered online, got attitude all because we wanted what we payed for and still didn’t get the food, with the employees not giving a care in the world.. those Ladies need some good costumer service discipline , disappointing.
