Order deliver. Chicken old and gray, batter caked up, potato wedges seem like they were from last week. Reminder of why we don't eat KFC. You are only as good as the last meal you serve, and I pray theirs was better than this awfulness. Buyer beware.

This is my first time to visit the KFC on Jacksboro Highway. I was excited to see that they had brought back the honey barbecue wings And decided to go to the nearest KFC. I thought the service was quick as I went through the drive-through and didn't have any issues. The wings delivered totally on taste and texture. I hope this is something that they plan to keep on the menu as I'm excited to see that it's back.

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at the Jacksboro KFC. The first time I ordered a large macaroni through the app, they told me they couldn’t provide a large one and gave me a small one instead — but still charged me the large price. When I asked about a refund, they said they weren’t able to process one.
This second visit was just as discouraging. I was told my sides were “already in the box in the bag,” which I thought was strange since I didn’t understand how a large mac and cheese could fit inside. When I got home, I discovered it wasn’t mac and cheese at all — it was two small sides of mashed potatoes.
The employees aren’t outright rude, but their attitude is very passive. They don’t offer to fix mistakes or make things right, and it feels like “it is what it is.” Leaving both times, I felt disappointed and discouraged to return, especially after driving back to get things corrected.

Order 20 honey garlic wings online, wife picked up and when she got home. They wings were hot & spicy. She called to speak to someone and they never picked up the phone. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. IF YOU ORDER TO-GO OR DRIVE-THRU

If I could rate a minus 10 I would. We went through the drive through at 9:15 pm, the cashier, Kassandra, was extremely rude. 45 minutes until close. We got the 8 piece chicken meal. The biscuits were so hard, they were literally like bricks. Kassandra treated us like we were a big bother. I will never go here again. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. If you read this, please, go somewhere else, don't waste your money or time.
Girl in the drive thru was sweet and kind, except she forgot to give me my drink.... but thats only because the lady in the kitchen distracted her. I asked for shredded cheese on my mash and she told her no they can't do that, yet they sell famous bowl which includes shredded cheese... make it make sense. Anyways then the lady told her to charge something so she can give me the side of cheese so I paid extra as expected but thay fogged the girls brain to forget to give me mu drink. Meal was almost $15 just to get no drink and when I called, of course they didn't answer.
