The food was chewy because its old old . I can see why they arent getting customers.
The service was horrible. I was very specific and said i wanted gravy instead of dipping sauces and they argued me up and down and they said they dont do refunds when i tried to return their crap food.
As a truck driver i can say this with absolute confidence. This is the WORST kfc i have ever been to any where in America.
I really hope somebody with an actual business model buys this place. It’s horrible and shouldnt be able to represent the kfc brand.

I have been DoorDashing and every time I get my order my order is wrong Night shift between 5 pm and 10pm weekends some week days receipt right on the bag wrong order in the bag very disappointed in the nighttime service. Very disappointed when you get the wrong food so it would be my last time ordering from the store I’ve been a long time Customer in person over 30 years very disappointed in your customer online service. And i see there is know response from the managers of the store by
management, so there is a problem I will pursue this father something needs to be done about the store and Mangement needs to give an answer to these problems.

Horrible location as I entered to get my food I can’t tell there was already angry customer as soon as I get my food the lady said check my food cause they have been giving ppl the wrong food all nite I waited almost 1 hour for 3 wings and fries this location is horrible and unacceptable it was 7 people behind the counter and nobody including the manager new what they way doing i will never come back to this location again and the food was horrible a total waste of money and time

This place need to shut down as soon as you walk in your hit in the face with a sewage smell. I walked in wanting to try the hot wings that were recently back on the menu but due to the smell I turned around and went to DQ. This is very disturbing for this to be a fast food establishment.

I just called the KFC on Bridge Street in Fort Worth, Texas a man answer the phone who had no idea what he was talking about and Barely spoke English when I asked for a manager he said he didn’t have the phone number and then when I asked him in Spanish, he hung up the phone. Very unprofessional

Chicken was not prepared right it was cold and the Crush had came off they forgot to give me my biscuit and then they was mad and had an attitude because I brought the food back very terrible service they need to close that one down every time I go there is something wrong with my meal if you go make sure you take your food before you leave but I recommend you to go somewhere else trust me on that because like I said this is not the first time

Two days ago I received a doordash pick up order from this location, upon arrival 2 managers(male & female)was standing by the drive thru windows talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me at all...some colored old lady had to come from the back of the kitchen to assist me with my pick up order...herein is the pick of the male,the female is to his left behind the warmer...horrible customer service!!!
Every Tuesday you get a bucket of chicken for 10 bucks.Or what a deal?I'm there refuse to tell everybody about it.Lots of great customer service

The drive thru lady had a very bad attitude and when I asked her if the sandwich patty was dry she said it was fresh and said it has only been sitting for 10 minutes when I got my food it was very dry and looked like it has been sitting under the heat for little over an hour and when I asked her kindly to remake it she refused and started arguing and started to have an attitude with me so I asked her for a refund which she also proceeded to refuse
