How you gonna have a shift change at 4 pm but everyone is sitting around and talking how is the there no register available to take orders they wouldn't even let me use my debit card this is the worst location I'm not sure why they are even still open close this location

Where to begin 30 year veteran went to get his food through the drive-through he ordered online. They will not hand it to him They wanted him to come inside. I informed them I am disabled and unable to. They said their policy doesn’t allow them to give orders placed online through the drive-through mind you I could see my food Very ashamed, people don’t care no more for veterans or disabled people. Shame on you KFC and your employees.

Bad service Mikaela is the name of the bitter woman that works there rolled her eyes when I asked for a cup cause my kid dropped it then she proceeded to bad talk about my son and myself in Spanish obviously thinking I was white I stoop up from where I was sitting and said don't talk about my kid and if it's such a problem I'll mopped the floor she walked away without a peep horrible customer service will be calling to report her as well

I literally just witnessed a customer return his chicken because they gave him the wrong parts and the The guy put the chicken back on the shelf to resale it not knowing what that customer did to it / i said something to the woman that look like she was in charge and she said nothing other then go take the chicken back out that you put in and told the other person that had already ordered she will give her her food for free .

Ordered from the lobby. Food was fresh and crispy. The floor was a bit sticky in front of the register despite the wet floor signs being out. The tables were clean.

The workers are terrible, walking around like zombies and had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order. Then was told I said I didn't want a drink with my combo meal. Was trying to charge me for a drink when the meal came with a drink. When I should her the recipe she just hands me a cup and don't apologize or anything. Instead she tried to keep my recipe. Then I get home and they put cold and wet Capri Suns inside the kids meals. Making the food cold and wet. My Honey BBQ chicken was nasty and cold. They was only taking cash through the drive thru, had to go inside to pay with card. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
