First of all, I was told I had to order at the window. When I got to the window, the employee said it would take 11 minutes for the chicken to be ready. It was 9:15, so I asked what time they close, and she said 11. I told her never mind, that I’d go somewhere else, and that I would be leaving a review. Her response was simply “okay.”
It’s clear they didn’t want to work. They closed the dining room just to force customers to use the drive-through. If the food wasn’t ready, that should have been communicated before making people come to the window. This felt like a way to discourage customers from waiting. she clearly told the guy to not to drop any more chicken. Why wouldn’t you not drop any more chicken and it’s only 9:15.
I will never return. Y’all really need to do better—this was ridiculous.

Horrible! I always order ahead but I still have to wait at least an hour for my order. They are very disorganized here. This has happened multiple times. I don’t know what’s the point of ordering in advance if I still have to wait up to an hour for my order and even then they don’t always get it right. Why does app say ready for pick up if it’s not?????

Dinned in with my daughter, service was Great customer service the lady with royal blue lashes was really kind in servicing us , the gentlemen cooking & serving made our dinner Very tasteful and well cooked. We will definitely be returning for the Wednesday special. It is a great deal for the whole familia. Lobby was clean as well as restrooms. Everything we asked for was in stock.

Ordered Original 16 piece family meal….got home with crispy only 12 pieces, wing pieces so hard and dry they were hard to eat, breast 3 pieces one side on all 3 burnt, sides half full in bowls, hot slaw, ordered extra pint gravy which was not received. Needless to say I WILL NOT be going back to this location!!!
Went there tonight horrible service AS USUAL and Manager Kara if thats her real name would not refund for item missing. She even said the name of the item and said I forgot to get it...CRAZY BUT YOUR SERVER GAVE ME THE BAG LIKE MY ORDER WAS CORRECT.. Constantly messing up orders or forgetting food didn't receive a receipt..wasn't informed about the price until we made it to the window and wasn't informed on how long the wait will be..Literally the 2nd or 3rd car waiting out of 5 and got our food last and was still missing items. The Manager needs to be fired for her response. Telling me if I cant return tonight I can just come pick it up another time..Really..ok Corporate or Store owner will be contacted and the BBB goodnight..
