KFC needs to work on their speed. I drove thru & got my food quick. I had a mobile order that I was picking up & ordered another meal. It took 15 minutes to get the mobile & 10 more minutes to get my kiosk order. In essence, I spent 30 minutes at KFC getting 3 orders! Nonsense! This experience is most KFCs!

I got diet coke instead of sweet tea. The chicken isn't even warm, the fries neither. I walked into the lobby to be told to drive around to pick up my mobile order. Which was fine till me, the only person with a moving car who you just talked to when I walked in, and was greeted like it wasn't obvious. Which is ....a little annoying. I'm more disappointed about the tea and low quality though. The day shift here is the best though. Just probably don't go at night.

Disappointed in KFC Hulen Bend, I’ve tried this location a few times before bc it’s close to work but I’m afraid tonight’s visit was my last. Each time the drinks are all carbonation no syrup. And tonight’s famous bowl was full of runny mashed potatoes and uncooked chicken. The kid on the drive-through window never said thank you, made eye contact or have a good night. What a generation.

In the top three for the best chicken I've ever tasted. Something about them herbs and spices. Don't forget about them chicken pot pies and if you're a chicken sandwich guy they're up there with the best.
I paid $2.15 for extra gravy, but they gave me barely anything—just three spoonfuls. I understand they’re busy, but there should be better quality control. The chicken was also tiny. Is it even worth $10? I could get a better meal somewhere else.

The Manager refused to make my food fresh im genuinely shocked that it was a issue to make a WILLINGLY PAYING guest food to order the service industry isn’t for the faint of heart much more the less for those with a cold and callous attitude and sour demeanor

I bought a mashed potato bowl and some chicken tenders. I found a long brown hair in my potato bowl, (definitely not mine) and my tenders looked like the chicken was sucked out. I'm too far to drive back and no one is answering the phone.

This place is the worst the staff act like they don't want to work and have attitude for no reason. I provide the coupon for a free meal per the coupon and staff refuses stating it's to take $5 off and this was on 10/31 at around 12pm. Please get better staff to work for the company!
