One of the best burgers I have ever had eating out. large thick patty and cooked perfectly. Ordered onion rings too...wow, really good, homemade! I would certainly recommend giving them a try, a really good meal prepared fresh for you
Pretty cool place with big burgers and good milkshakes. I appreciated the authentic old fashion general store feel even more than the food. Even the restrooms. It was like a step back in time to when my dad and I would go to the local General store for a Yoo-Hoo beverage or snack. Where the old men would be smoking cigarettes & playing dominoes or cards. This was at the Waldeck Store in Waldeck, Texas. Haven't come across a place such as this since being a kid. Neat...
I had someone tell me about this place. So I took the chance when I was close to drop in. It is a very cool old-fashioned atmosphere with simple foods. The burger was fantastic very juicy and great seasoning. I also got a chili cheese dog, which was very good as well.There were a lot of military people coming in, so I knew I had found the right place. Good value good burgers. Stop in if you’re close.
