Our waitress over a month ago was also the hostess and new, she was the best. last time we went we sat at bar and was ignored half hour and got up and left, we since went back and unfortunately was not waited on for half hour and mgmnt was more worried about poker then customer service,so we went across the street. So once out of 3 times now it was good. I think whoever was Mgr before should take back over and have proper training and personality training with all staff.

DO NOT GO HERE!!Me and my friends were regulars here spending over $80 2-3 times per week, until he forgot his design jacket at the bar and someone from the staff had stole it for themselves. The manager was contacted dozens of times regarding the situation she was not help at all (almost like she had part on it) until we involved the police.Very unprofessional staff and manager, the way this situation was handled was awful. I Hope nobody has to go through it.At the end after getting the jacket back One of the staff members was expecting an apology because she felt offended we involved the cops. Lmfao The audacity.But yeah Long story short, save yourself some time and money and headache. Don’t bring your business in this establishment.

Waited 1hout for 6 wings. 15 minutes for a beer. Manager was very rude told me I could leave if I didn't like it. Excuse is it's saint Patrick day. You as a manager should know your busy days and have enough staff so that your customer does not have a bad experience. I've been to twin peaks . The bartender tried to pass off cheap vodka but charged us for patron repasado asks for a different drink and it leads to an argument then the bartender pours out the same bottle trying to make a point only proving ours while the waitress is acting clueless saying that’s not repasado, then the bartender proceeds to say oh I been selling yall the same thing all night yall drunk, no you’ve been getting over on other customers and charging full price and we just arrived maybe 10 minutes prior, so then it turns into a shouting match yet the bartender was only shouting with himself making the other customers uncomfortable. My experience was terrible for my very first visit at a knockout location and I would not recommend ! I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the probably Tito’s he was trying to pass off as tequila, this is probably how they make their money getting over on people

Just getting around to writing a review, but still thinking about my amazing service from Leona this past week! Came into town and checked out local bars around, this one was by far the best. Leona gave great, timely service and held great conversation. Will be back next time I visit the area.
The service provided was exceptional. Ashley was on top of everything while I was there and was very fast with my drinks. Will definitely be coming back.
