Its watered down. My kids are disappointed. Less flavor for taro and matcha too.. please give back to customer what they want. Not because you are in the mall. If you keep on doing this, people are not coming back! This is our second time

We stop at many tea places we see and this is the first where they didn't mix the drink. One of the main issues with a milk tea is that you're drinking straight milk if it's not mixed.

Was looking for something refreshing, so we decided to try some Kokee Tea. My boyfriend got the Mango Passionfruit, which was pretty good and it was on the 75% sweetness and it was still pretty sweet. 50% might’ve been the better choice. I got the Strawberry Banana with boba and it was yummy, and the boba was cooked well.

We went to the Haywood Mall grand opening today and absolutely loved the energy!!!! The drinks were soooo delicious and of course I bought a key chain! The boys also played a game and won tumblers🥰
