This place serves the worst Taro drink ever! What do y'all use? It was so watery, not the taro flavor I'm use to!! I'm from Cali & this is disgusting! I would learn to include the proper ingredients or just stop making it! What a waste of $7.29!! Service was prompt! It's in the mall so nothing glamorous. I will NOT be returning here!! Feng Cha is the bomb & now I know where to go always!!!!

WORST! Boba Tea I've had. Cashier had a smile on her face, but ordering was a challenge. Maybe I didn't come across the best associates at this location. I was the only customer so when I asked questions about drinks I was shocked the cashier seemed clueless. I've been seeing more and more people act like ZOMBIES so it wasn't too odd from certain behaviors I've witnessed. The woman fixing drinks is halfway doing her job and talking under her breath. It usually takes a little longer to make a smoothie, but I was handed my drink within 2mins. My drink was more like a watered down milkshake and overpriced for what I received. The store setup is beautiful! With the right associates and training this place could be amazing. But, their are too many reasonably priced Boba places nearby with better customer service in the area to go here. Note: Cashier finally mentioned cold clouds with brown sugar specifically the brown sugar dalgonatte being good. This was told to me after I received my drink. I had asked which drinks are a best seller and what would she recommend when I first walked in, but cashier proceeded to act like she barely knew anything so I ordered a lychee/rose with lychee jelly smoothie. Not exactly what I ordered for $7.29. More then I usually pay for Boba.

Went here on a saturday afternoon, not much of a line. Staff was attentive, no real complaints other than what i'm going to say next. It's harsh, but my honest opinion; Worst boba tea i've had. With Feng-cha and Kung-fu Tea within driving distance, i'd expect something comparable but it's really not. Also, miss the merch, they've marked that stuff up crazy.
