After work i exit to pick up 2pc chicken & biscuit, ran some errands - when I got home to eat I picked up the biscuit and it was so dry it just crumbled! The chicken was dark & dried out! Both pieces! Inedible! The #krispykrunchy Ft Worth on Allen (Southside) was closed. I brought the order back the next day after work for a Fresh order. I wasn't looking for a refund. The cashier Claudia said she would have to ask the Mgr which declined! This place serves dry, old food! Customer service sucks! Watch your orders bf you leave! For 2pc chicken over $6 This is what you get from this neighborhood 😡

I personally love Krispy Krunchy chicken and it's my go to when craving fried chicken. This location has to be the worse I've been to. Very few options left in the middle of the day, I normally get a big order and they literally had 4 thighs and 5 drumsticks. I asked if they were making more since that wasn't enough for what I wanted to order. Was told no we won't be making more? At 11 am on a Sunday? So I took what they had left and headed home. Needless to say the chicken they I got was already dried hard and was pretty awful from sitting so long. I'll stick to my usual spot from now on. This place was an out of the way waste of time.

It was a gas station. Did not eat chicken but went to Subway inside. That was a horrible experience. Buns stale veggies were all dried up and just not like something you want to eat

Here the issues, you NEVER FRY different parts of the chicken together because guess what, some pieces take longer to cook!! My wings were super crunchy on the outside but when I pulled them apart, they were rubbery, which means they needed to cook longer! You can’t cook giant pieces of chicken for 12 mins and expect it to be all the way done!!! Y'all could’ve made me sick! I was disgusted!! I waste $8 bucks on 3 half done wings!! I will be reporting this major issue to health department!

Pretty good chicken! It’s best to go between 9 AM - 12 PM for the best pickings. Biscuits are delicious as well. Normally it’s a older Mexican lady here who’s pretty nice and will fix you whatever you need if it’s not already in the case. I have been here about 8 times now. Highly recommended!
