They hardly have any actual cashiers anymore. Just tons of self checkout. The self checkouts are too small for any decent amount of groceries. They also don't have many people on the floor to help either.

visited this store on 9/19/22 there was a spill on floor went and nicely let the manager know she going to roll her eyes at me and just walk away. I didn't have to say anything but was nice enough to before anyone else fell

So I go to Kroger to get some flowers since alex is coming back into town and I go pay at the cashier. I had a few lotto tickets that I wanted to cash out while I was there. I asked the lady at self checkout where I could go to cash this out. She tells me go to customer service, perfect thank you. I walk over ans there isn’t anyone there at all. The cashier near customer service calls the manager to help me since I was standing there for about 5 minutes without being helped. The lady comes from the back and tells me hold on it’s going to be a minute and goes back. I wait around 3 minutes more no big deal. The lady ask how can she help me. I told her I wanted to cash out the lotto tickets and she looks at the flowers and asked me do I need to ring that out for you as well. I told her no thanks I already paid for it and was told to come here to cash out the lotto tickets. She then asks me to give me her receipt to “prove” that I did pay for it and wasn’t stealing it. I said why do you need it I was directed to go here. She then tells me. To make sure your not just stealing it bc people like you love to steal flowers. I got extremely upset but I just showed it to her so I could go along my way bc I’m in a rush to pick up Alex from the airport. It didn’t sit right with me and I went back to talk to a manager. Didn’t get her name but she did apologized and said she’s not suppose to ask you for that and she was so sorry. The guy cashier said I saw you pay and walk over there I’m so sorry. The lady working the customer service should be fired. The fact that she said because people like you love to steal is beyond unacceptable. The manager said she would talk to her but that is not enough. That’s stereotyping and racists.

Great selection of IPAs. if they will carry Strongbow and expand the ciders they'll be perfect! This Kroger stays on top of calling for help when the lines back up. I appreciate the effort!

Shopping on the 4th of July I expected it to be busy and poorly stocked. They had everything I had on my list. Plenty of lanes open to handle the increased business. This is a very well run store.

Wish Whole Foods was closer. Not a great selection of free range eggs. The vegetables looked as if they had been sitting out for a while with all the fruit fries flying around.
