La Casa De Lina Reviews
Great food, friendly people, great salsa and sauces. I mean really tasty
We LOVE this place! We've lived within walking distance for a little over two years, and it took us over a year to finally try the little hole-in-the-wall restaurant down the street. La Casa De Lina is a Mexican restaurant that offers delicious, authentic cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is of high quality, with the mole enchiladas and the pambazo de chorizo being standout dishes. Diners especially enjoy the chorizo con huevos and cafe de olla, which are favorites for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant has recently received praise for its TexMex offerings, featuring heavy Mexican flavors like mole. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. While some diners have noted a strong sewer smell outside, which can affect the vibe, many appreciate the tasty salsa, fresh tortillas, beans, and rice fried in garlic, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. The margaritas are a bit pricey, but they are well-liked for their great taste and smoothness. The enchilada trio, including the mole enchilada, is particularly celebrated as a must-try. This hidden gem in Fort Worth is recommended for those seeking genuine Mexican flavors, and the horchata is also described as wonderful.
