Salsa so tasty and real! The beans… the rice… fried in garlic like a good mom cooks. I love the molé enchiladas so much. There is a “trio enchilada” dish that has the white sour cream tasting one and a verde sauce one and the molé enchilada all on one decadent plate. I can’t wait to try the other menu items, but I can’t get enough of that one! PLUS, the horchata is too wonderful. Thanks to this amazing family staff for having this place and serving in such an extraordinary way!

We LOVE this place! We've lived within walking distance for a little over two years, and it took us over a year to finally try the little hole-in-the-wall restaurant down the street. First, the service is amazing if you're dining in. Everything comes out really fast and is absolutely delicious! Second, the food and margaritas are hands-down some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend the enchilada trio. The molè enchilada is absolutely heavenly. I typically avoid this one on a trio, but I've now experienced how life-changing a GOOD molè can be. It's so good, your eyes will have no choice but to close to take in how flavorful it is. Third, the staff is so friendly and the prices are more than reasonable. This is a must-try if you're in the area.

Holy moly great chicken Enchiladas... Verde, Sour cream and Mole all we all great. I could go on about the enchiladas for 10 more sentences.
Street tacos were all good. Chicken in a house sauce was exceptional, Asada very good, Pastor was average.
Now here is the one odd comment you never hear. The refried beans were so good, flavor was not your average beans. Possibly mole mixed into the Beans but wow.
Flan was also excellent and should not be skipped. Great to see a small restaurant make food your grandma would be proud of.

This is a down home Mexican restaurant with delicious Tex Mex food. Usually many of the customers are speaking Spanish, which is a good sign. There is adequate parking and it's just off Granbury Road, easy to get to from I-20 or Hulen.
