This was my second weekend coming out here from Mesquite as I have been wanting to try Birrieria Y Taqueria Los Patrones for a long time, which unfortunately they were again nowhere to be found. I've searched by walking and driving up & down, looking around very thoroughly in the Ridglea Shopping Center while looking at the given location on Google Maps - y nada but feeling deceived.

Until I found another taqueria trailer around the corner; La Escondida...

Spare of the moment decision and they happened to be the closet. Friendly service and Staff. She brought the food to our car so we wouldn't have to wait in the cooler temp. Will definitely be going back. Food was so great. I wanted to know what days they were available.Just happened to Google it and saw other awesome reviews. Would definitely recommend this taco truck. Best I've had in a long time. First truck since the pandemic I've eaten at.
