My wife had never been here before. The girl behind the counter was fantastic. Very friendly and informative. My wife had a chicken, cheddar bacon sandwhich on a croissant and tomato basil. I had the croquet monsieur with a Caesar. I thought it was all very good. The place was empty and the table next to us had not been bussed. The service was slow. I was surprised that you cannot get the bread and jam yourself, you have to request it and they give you tiny slices. Because of the service I received by the girl behind the register, I will be back for another try.

I used to really love this place, but it has lost much of the charm that made it special. The food now often tastes frozen and reheated, and the bakery selection isn't what it used to be before covid. Service has slowed noticeably, and it frequently feels like the staff is understaffed. Tables are rarely cleaned, which makes the dining experience less enjoyable while looking for a place to dine. And those tables that have been cleared off still have crumbs and are sticky.
On my most recent visit, my usual order arrived with the bottom overcooked, and the tomato basil soup tasted off--both rancid and overly acidic. What was once a great little stop has unfortunately declined significantly.

Love this place! The food and coffee is great. I come here to study and I'll be here for 3+ hours, most of the staff know who I am and are super sweet to me. The self-serve coffee is always hot and keeps me motivated to actually do my homework.

Such a disappointment vs what LaMadeleine used to be. The French countryside ambiance has been white washed in the remodel. The warm fire is no longer lit. Gone are the days of self serve bread, butter and jam. In fact, there wasn't even a bread crumbs with my soup and salad. The soup was too salty. It just isn't what it used to be, which is unfortunate.

I ordered a Ceasars salad and a coconut cake the cake after 2 bites i threw it away. So dry didnt want to eat it . Salad. I had to dump half of it out and even then it was dry . 20 dollars and they can't put enough dressing in ur to go bag for even a half salad. If your going to charge $15 for a salad. A Caesar salad at that. Make sure there's enough dressing in there. Sure, won't make sure the cake. Doesn't look dry either because it was horrible. I will never go back to this place. I was mad people go in for life. You can tell people go in for lunch. They're taking it with them, they're at lunch. They're working. I couldn't just leave work and go back and take it back or I would have I've never been to this place.It was the first time that I'll never go back.Don't waste your money going there if you do make sure you eat inside if you can let them know.

If you’re going to advertise a limited time Parisian hot chocolate and make the distinction that it’s not a normal hot chocolate then you should really make sure it actually delivers. The Parisian hot chocolate was not thick at all as it was advertised, it’s very clear that they just changed the mix and did not deliver a proper Parisian hot chocolate where it is actual chocolate that has been melted. Very disappointing
Had 3 day food poisoning from the sweet tea, the teen workers probably never cleaned it. Food taste microwaved. Messed up my order.

BURNT French toasts. I wish I could post a picture, but I took it directly through DoorDash so it didn’t save to my phone. This has now happened to me twice from this restaurant. The first time, I only got a measly $5 refund since I reported it the next day. This time, at least I got enough to cover the full French toast meal.
The worst part? You can’t even tell it’s burnt until you flip the toast over the bottom is completely black, almost like the cook tried to hide it. Why serve something like that instead of just remaking it?

1st and last visit to any locations based on customer service received from a manager(of all people???) who also did not even address my presence or address me since I was the customer when I asked for something in addition to what was ordered?? Alexus' hospitality is only reason any stars were given because she tried and was shut down?! Thanks.
