My experience at Michoacana Plus was extremely disappointing. The store is completely run down and dirty, making the environment feel unappealing and unsanitary. On top of that, the staff was very rude and unhelpful, acting like they didn’t care about the customers at all. It’s a shame because the concept is great, but the way this location is managed is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Very bad service, I ordered two Split bananas and they only gave me snow, the banana didn't work and I asked for a mangonea and it was overly sweet, I had to throw it away, it's disgusting and they don't answer the phone when you want to complain.?????? ???????????????????

Service was bad, i made a big order just for most of it to be made WRONG. She had an attitude the whole time, and didn't even come to greet us when we walked in, instead she was hiding until we said something. What type of customer service is this. when we called she started telling us we were in the wrong and we didn't know how to order. when we first ordered she didn't let us finish and when we told her that's not how we wanted it she got an even bigger attitude and didn't let us talk. and yes i did get her name Ubra was her name. she needs to do better her and her attitude need to go ASAPYou're

If I had the option of giving them a 0 star I would. Costumer service is a 0. Food quality is a 0. Ubra the lady making my food had the worst attitude walking away while I haven’t even finished ordering. Corn no flavor. I don’t leave reviews for anyone but this experience here was the worst I had to leave a review very upset you look forward to eating your food to the disappointment.

Very friendly customer service, Junior was very friendly and recommended to try some products and explain everything when I told him it was my first time there. Came in for 1 ice cream left with 14 paletas and 2 ice creams . Two ?? can't wait to go back again ?
