Worst service if you go at 9pm you will not be greeted nor helped properly also will be told everything is put up for closing but closes at 10 pm I went yesterday at 9:15 pm 08/11/2025 and was served by the worst person she was so rude kept asking if we was done just not the time to go even though again they close at 10pm

The service was outstanding & the ice cream flavors were outstanding I couldn’t choose! My Spanish was horrible thank goodness for google & one of the workers who came in who could translate for us🥰

First time coming here. It's located in the Fiesta Shopping Center off 28th Street and main. The variety of fruits, drinks and ice cream are top notch if you like fruity treats. I really liked this place

This is what happens when you ask for a “duro on the half” when requested the lady of the evening shift Friday 11.15.24 she got mad and started slamming the things, then calm down and put the half on each side, when she was done she say is ready, and I ask her what about the other half?… she got mad again and answer is there…. Just all together… lol

My experience at Michoacana Plus was extremely disappointing. The store is completely run down and dirty, making the environment feel unappealing and unsanitary. On top of that, the staff was very rude and unhelpful, acting like they didn’t care about the customers at all. It’s a shame because the concept is great, but the way this location is managed is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
