I have been coming to this establishment for over 2 years and today I was very disappointed with their customer service today. My 5 year old daughter dropped her ice cream cone inside the store. She had bearly even tasted it. I scooped up the ice cream from the floor and kindly asked for a replacement. Itsel told me she could not replace the ice cream she can only offer to replace the cone. She really expected me to put the dirty ice cream on a new cone for my daugter…
With her crying in the background I really expected more from this lady. I went ahead and paid for a new cone but I will not be back. I know that any other kind person would have been quick to replace her ice cream cone without hesitation or giving us a hard time.

Horrible service, if you do not speak Spanish, they are very rude and do not accommodate.It’s always dirty, the teenagers they have there are really rude, and will laugh at you if you do not know how to pronounce the things in Spanish. Wish I could give this place zero stars!

Great food and excellent customer service + a clean establishment goes hand in hand. I absolutely love that the area was kept clean and organized. This is twice this week that I’ve been to this establishment and my orders were prepared just the way I like them. This was the first time trying the smoothie mango chamoy. 10/10Elote 8/10.The rice drink did it for me. 10/10 I never knew something so simple can create such an amazing drink. Thank you!
i’ve given multiple chances for the fruit here but it’s never good especially the watermelon, pineapple, and mango because it’s always hard to chew. like i don’t know who cuts them but they aren’t doing a good job ? but their ice creams are delicious and corn too!
I won't go to that place again, they serve you poorly?
