Horrible service, if you do not speak Spanish, they are very rude and do not accommodate.It’s always dirty, the teenagers they have there are really rude, and will laugh at you if you do not know how to pronounce the things in Spanish. Wish I could give this place zero stars!

Great food and excellent customer service + a clean establishment goes hand in hand. I absolutely love that the area was kept clean and organized. This is twice this week that I’ve been to this establishment and my orders were prepared just the way I like them. This was the first time trying the smoothie mango chamoy. 10/10Elote 8/10.The rice drink did it for me. 10/10 I never knew something so simple can create such an amazing drink. Thank you!
i’ve given multiple chances for the fruit here but it’s never good especially the watermelon, pineapple, and mango because it’s always hard to chew. like i don’t know who cuts them but they aren’t doing a good job ? but their ice creams are delicious and corn too!
I won't go to that place again, they serve you poorly?

I have always liked Nieves, they are good but the staff is terrible. You want to buy calmly but they pressure you, they don't greet you, you don't go, ordering is buying.

Best ice cream ever! They have many interesting flavors. I tried the mango chili (generous with mango), lemon (great balance between tart and sweet) Ferrero Roche (lots of nuts) and Mamey! Everything I have tried is so good! There is more flavor than “sugar” compared to most brands. You have to give it a try!!!!!!!!!!
My name is HarleyI been on the westside for a very long time.this place is my best place by far for refreshing drinks,ice cream in the fruit mix with the spicy lemon flavor.Don't know whst all the names are every thing.but it's made right there in house.Yall gotta go check this place out.grate peaple.its behind sonic.
