Ordered two vermicelli bowls - one with egg rolls and grilled pork and another with grilled beef. Both were okay. I enjoyed the fresh veggies and portion. Meat was thin, so it was overcooked and tough to eat. Fish sauce was bland but can be easily fixed with more salt and lime in my opinion. Avocado smoothie however was delicious - fresh avocado and boba tasted pretty good. Came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and there was no one else but us.
This used to be one of my favorite places for Pho imparticular but the last 2 visits have left me wondering what has changed. I always order my soup spicy but this has absolutely no "spice" to it.
Today was our first visit in quite some time. The service and quality are great but still no spice.
Parking: Not a lack of spaces but the parking could be configured better. Currently kinda clumsy. Good establishment overall.

Clean restaurant, but the PHO is not traditional American style PHO. the soup is dark color and taste sweet, rice noodle is bit hard.Different from Simply PHO in Houston and pho in New York and Europe.
