We have been going here several times buying the family meals for the chickens and everything but I think the way they gave the gravy portion was small … we went back inside to tell them the gravy size won’t be enough and the girl with the glass gave us an even small cup of the gravy and charged us around $1 when they previously gave us a medium sized cup for a 24 dark chicken family deal but worst smh. Almost every person working there doesn’t seem to have a nice service but we come here because it’s close to our driving distance or we would’ve gone somewhere else!!! Once they forgot our gravy with the same family meals and I called back, they just said to come back and they will give it to us for free whenever we order from here but I wouldn’t think they will do best to check your food before leaving to save your time of going back to them

Hate this place‼️ Fish at all Lisa’s locations I’ve patronized is SO gross 🤮‼️ One thing’s for sure, they all use the same signature recipe and cooking style. Super thick, greasy, salty batter. They overly batter it to cover the thin, tasteless Swai “fish”. I keep giving this place - local chain restaurant - a chance by visiting different locations. Unfortunately, no matter where I go, the outcome is ALWAYS the same — TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT…feeling like I’ve wasted my money - AGAIN. Well, the other day was my absolute LAST VISIT. NEVER AGAIN‼️😡😡😡
