I ordered a 2 pc fish and 1 roll. Got to the window and paid only to be told after I paid ,that its a 8 minute wait. They couldnt have told me before I ordered !!!!!! Or before I paid !!!!!! Customer service in 2025 is the worst Ive ever experienced at any place. Its bad everywhere!!!!

Will never go back to this location.. They got orders wrong gave my order to someone else. I watch them dig through it and then advise them that they received the wrong order. Then he tried to hand me that order that the customer had already dug through. When I asked for fresh food employee didn't want to make me fresh food then stated he would refund the money and did not give me a receipt to show me refund once I asked for a proof of refund he shut the window and no longer discussed the issue with me and I had to dispute charge on my card

I love Lisa's chicken. Food was really good and fast. I had 10 piece dark meat for $10.99. The only thing is it don't come with gravy. They are proud of their gravy at $5 for large gravy. But their chicken with their gravy is amazing.

Tried Lisa's the night before Mother's Day because we were considering a pretty large order the next evening for dinner. I'm glad we tried it first. We only ordered a 2 pc dark meat chicken, three tenders, okra, a roll, and 2 bottles of water. All the food looked to be ready when we ordered, but it took 20 minutes to get our food and it wasn't hot. Also, the chicken was very salty and the tenders were dried out and chewy. There were several other people that came in after us that had to wait a while, too. You could tell everyone was getting annoyed.
Whenever I need chicken, this is where I prefer to go. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They even ask if your want stuff made fresh. You can't beat their prices either. You can watch them bread and fry their chicken right up front! Some other places have better tasting chicken, at double the cost. Here, I always get my money's worth with fresh products. Less salt would be my only suggestion.
