I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.

It’s always an item missing or order not made correctly. Also the egg rolls and chicken nuggets I’ve ordered twice to remake were both burnt on the outside and cold in the inside. Customer service is not the best, they seem to look to have a problem when you ask if the order can be remade. Employees don’t seem to be friendly mainly the men. Sadly I would have to take my service to another Lisa’s chicken instead of this one even though this is only a minute away from home. I hope this feedback gets back to the employees. If you taste this chicken nuggets they are toasty and burnt taste.

I love Lisa's chicken.. I'm assuming there sisters well I took my wife an mother in law here early early before they opened to try it for the first time.. an the younger one was awesome. She made sure we got our food in a timely manner. An she gave me anything I needed. An the food was so fresh we had to wait 40 min for it to Kool .
