The food is very good and reasonably priced. This isn't a place you go to for ambiance, so atmosphere really isn't the point. I pick up through the drive-thru and take home all the time.
This use to be my go to location up until tonight. I ordered gizzards and livers with okra and fries. It was suppose to be 6 of each and it wasn’t. I called and the mgr argued with me that there were 6 gizzards and I’m looking at my wife’s food. I just hung up and said I would stick with my decision this time not to go back. I stop going and end up going back. Not this time. I guess I will be cooking it at home. I understand it was 30 minutes before closing but customer satisfaction is always first.

I found a roach in my chicken and the workers very racist especially the Chinese woman with glasses and long ponytail black peoples stop doing business with people that won’t hire us are treat us right

Dietary restrictions: I have celiacs disease I have been going to this location and they have been making me gluten-free catfish today I find out that after it's been made for me I can't tell you how many times that the manager gets on the phone and lets me know that unless I'm on a list I cannot get it well guess what nobody ever told me about a list never they went out of their way to make it for me and then all the sudden the manager wants to get on the phone and tell me that I can't get it because I'm not on the list then you should have let all your employees know that when someone orders like that with a diet restriction that you have to go on a list and not make it for you and then when you're ordering they let you know you have to be on a restricted list I will never ever go back to that place and I suggest anybody with any type of food allergy go there because they do not tell you promptly what their policy is for making special diet restriction foods the manager was the rudest person that works there and he calls himself a managerI call him nothing but just someone that doesn't give out pertinent information for his employees to give customers plus I'm met the manager and told him how grateful I was that they were able to do that for me I will never go to any Lisa's Chicken again. Plus why didn't he tell me that day I was in the dining room what a work of art. Have a great day and I will let everyone I know not to frequent you place of business 😉

WELL I'M OUTSIDE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT AND I DON'T KNOW IF THEY HELP THE HOMELESS OR NOT? BUT I'VE BEEN ON THE HIGHWAY FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND I HAVE A GROWN GERMAN SHEPHERD IN HERE WITH ME AND HIM TO BUY HERSELF IN THIS VAN BUT I'M ON MY WAY TO EAST TEXAS .. TO GET OUT OF THE COLD IN THE VAN WITH MY DOG AND I ASKED HIM FOR SOMETHING TO EAT BECAUSE WE'RE FINALLY BROKE AND HE GOT HUNG UP FOR ME?
