Chicken has been old batches last couple of visits from Sycamore School location and the staff guy acted like I was bothering him spending almost twenty dollars. Disrespectful punk. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on when I want fried chicken

I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.

I have just had the worst experience I've ever had at Lisa's on Sycamore School Rd. Had the manager, Angela, worked for AT& T when I was the Assc. Sales Dir, and responded to a customer as she did to me, she would have been immediately fired. First, I know they give back nothing to this community.
Secondly, she hung up on me after I expressed my dissatisfaction with her recommended solution to the mistake they made on our order. We ordered two 3-piece chicken dinners with okra/mashed potatoes, the other with french fries/okra, and they failed to add okra to bot. Angela's response was as if they just made a mistake now deal with it. Or, if I wanted to be recompensed for the mistake THEY MADE, I would need to spend extra money in gas to bring the meals back & they add the missing okra. I asked if she couldn't just credit our card for the okra we paid for but didn't get. She said no, I would need to bring the meal back to the store for them to credit our credit card for the missing okra. I was flabbergasted. After explaining how little sense that made and the lack of customer service she was providing, she didn't seem to have the aptitude to understand how illogical her request sounded. I requested her manage/corporate office contact. Soon after she hung up one.
I employ anyone who reads this review to stop patronizing Lisa's on Sycamore School Rd.
Angela's unwillingness to correct the mistake THEY MADE with consideration of how they had inconvenienced us, their customer, says a lot about how they view patrons in that area. There are other businesses in our area who appreciate our business and who give back to the community, via school sponsors, etc. Angela gave me the impression that as a customer, I should accept the mistake they made, or spend more of my money to rectify it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
