The fried fish and fries that we got were okay but check the bottom of your bag before leaving the building. When we got home I noticed that the bottom of the bag was full of grease that I hope was not intentionally done. There was no service with a smile and I've been to this location several times over the years and have always had pretty good service. I can tell there's been a change in management. Will not be going back.

My discrepancy is not their fault, but about a week after Biden took office, gas prices went up, and this caused the prices of their chicken to go up a lot. Also, all of the great deals they used to have stopped. Fortunately, the quality of the food did not change, and this is what forces me to still buy the food. Maybe one day, when gas prices decrease, the cost of chicken will too. They are not the only ones who did this to their customers. Oh well.

This location really has it down. Huge family meal with sides for under 45$. The staff was alert and attentive. Best believe I'm looking for a clean store and this one was being cleaned by 2 employees as I was there. Excellent location, excellent food, excellent service. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The food is outstanding except the fries. I hate doughy crinkle cut fries and would've ordered something else if I had known that's what they serve. That's on me and not them. Great chicken and fried okra. Worth the visit and is also an excellent value the amount of food.

Long story short, I stopped by for the #1 mashed, corn and a coke, got home, the meal missing the jalapeño which to me makes that meal complete, called the store, manager name is Antonio "kid" said sorry we can replace it, when can you come back, in 2 days, well Antonio was there, 8:40 pm said, oh yea I have you here, and gave me a single jalapeño and said we're dorry, I said nah you said you were going to replace it, that's my meal, which I only ate the mashed potatoes and drank the coke, the rest I tossed, outer part of the chicken , burnt the ? on the Cobb, well looked dried and pitiful, the roll " not warm but cold , well they wanted to charge me again for the meal, I asked for the owner info, which is Giang ? I left a note for him to call me, no response, I called and the day manager said , if your a regular then you know to bring back the whole meal for replacement, I am a regular, but I didn't know to do that, and no, I was not going to do that, I just got home, got comfortable turned on the game , so I just figured they would do the right thing, but nope, the manager said we would have made another if you would have brought back, its a #1 $7.03 no I would want it replaced on my time, and not repay for what was a poorly made meal and yea, missing that jalapeño, I told them , nah even if you offered me the meal, nah keep it, I'd rather just put a review on my experience, so for those looking at this location, look elsewhere, the flies zipping around wasn't pleasant either , but hell I just wanted a simple inexpensive meal, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, churches next door or Popeyes off everman parkway, stay away from this location, you would think the owner if reasonable mind, would teach staff, just replace, thats 1000 times better then a bad review ?
