Waited at the driver thru over 15 mins. The guy working the counter helped everyone in line and never acknowledged the window. I went inside and there was one person who had already been helped and I still waited a good few minutes before anyone came up and acknowledged me. I know stuff gets busy but I see no reason for not even acknowledging me. Did not like the service and won't be returning to this location.

They never give you what you ask for whenever I go to buy they put the order wrong
Placed an order for delivery. When the pizza arrived I was given the wrong crust style to start with. Then i said forget it and decided to try to just eat. The pizza was not cut all the way and I ended up with shredded, torn up slices of pizza that were ice cold like they had been sitting in a refrigerator. So I go to try the cheesy bread and it wasn’t cut at all. The quality of the products are not up to anyone’s standards. Will not be using them ever again!

Horrible place to buy pizza I went today 8/4/24 and the guy doing the pizza was touching his hair without a hair net and gloves. He also had charged me with the same hand he did all that. I ask for my change back and he gave an attitude .He had me waiting 30min for a pizza that hit the floor. The manager was there she did not do any thing to correct the mistake they were making

Had to change my review....had a few hits and misses here but never really had a problem.... 7/1 a little after 1pm I ordered my food through the app went to pick up and pizza everything about the pizza was fresh hot and tasty my kids enjoyed it. But the customer service was lacking...it was clearly short staffed. I waited at the counter for someone to address me so I could get the sauces that I ordered with my food and that took forever....2 young Mexican guys were in the back talking and making pizza, so I just waited didn't want to interupt them. Then a young Mexican girl came around the corner and clearly had an attitude...she was all rude like "what do you want"? I said I didn't get my sauces with my order and she rolled her eyes and grabbed the sauces and literally threw them at me I said thank you and she walked off smh....made me so mad like if I wasn't pregnant I would've jumped over the counter on her but I'm trying to control my anger....can't stand rude people with no customer service skills!!!!!

Evelyn is hands down one of thee most professional amazing and hospitable employee's i have ever encountered since i have been a true patron of Lil C's. Don't let her go because she is definetly the reason why I'll be coming back....other than the "Pizza-Pizza" ?
