Little Caesars Pizza

Order pizza to be well done and it was so raw that you couldn't even pick it up I had to re-cook it

The manager here is terrible! I came in to pick up an uber eats order. She says it isn’t ready. After 20 minutes!! She goes in and pulls out an order and throws it at me saying here it is ( this order had been in the warmer since I got here)! It has 8 pizzas!! I tell her my order has only 3 pizzas and this isn’t my order!! She SCREAMS so loud everyone in the place looks at me “YES IT IS!” I try to tell her it is not because mine only has 2! She Tye tells the lady up front. “ just give him these pizzas it is he is Oder he don’t know a damn thing.” And walks to the back!! As someone how has actually managed 5 star restaurants, this lady has zero business being a cashier and for
Sure not management!! She should be fired!! The nice young lady at the counter, who is only on her third shift did amazing. And, of course, my order wasn’t the big one!! The manager was wrong!!

First time order online, due to no answer on phone. Checkout as guest, pay online. Arrive to get pizza in crazy pop up Thunderstorm, leave my phone in the truck. Manager would not give me, my already paid for pizza, without going out in thunderstorm, to scan a barcode, after supplying with personal info, that only the person who ordered would know. Just sad. Get rid of the people and bring in the robots I guess.

If I could give negative stars I would! I don't order out much but being the weekend and not wanting to heat my house this is the solution. As I got back home and put pizzas on plates they were very undercooked. Called and talked to the MOD. She asked me to bring them back and they will redo them. No, I'm not getting back out and driving back there and waiting I have hungry people. She tells me she couldn't do a refund and she will have to call the owner. Well I was less impressed with him who couldn't care less and said well this is not our normal and wanted me to come back. No thank you. Will never order from here agin.

Ordered pizza for delivery. An hour later I received a message that it was handed to me. Nope. Customer service will email me back maybe tomorrow to make it right...after their specialists review. You took payment for a pizza, but didn't give me the pizza. That is theft. You don't resolve thievery with an email. You apologize and return the payment.

Plus kids love a good pizza night.
Love that they have ones hot and ready for you to walk out with so you don't have to wait 30 minutes

Little Caesars is one of my favorite pizza places. I've never, ever, had a bad experience at one until tonight.

Half done pizza and bread sticks were served. The manager was rude and absolutely didn't care about my experience.

I told about the bread sticks while in the store and all she said was, we're not perfect. UNBELIEVABLE!

I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza...the crust was not stuffed and the pizza dough did not taste fresh...it was tough to chew! My spouse was happy with his. I was not happy with the cheese pizza. They need a lesson on how to make stuffed crust. Maybe Mr. Jims can show them! I will not order from Little Ceasars ever again..Mr. Jims all the way!!

Service and food largely depends on staff on duty, but 9 times out of 10 the pizza is incredible and the staff is friendly
