Doesn’t know how to talk to customers
Wonderful staff. Clean store. Just the pizza was a little old but I didn't really have high expectations. Overall was satisfied

I ordered two pizzas here tonight and the staff were very helpful and attentive. I ordered in store so had to wait while my pizzas were being made. While waiting at least 3 different people checked with me to make sure i had been waited on. The team working tonight seemed to have such good attitudes and worked well together. The manager seemed like a person they enjoyed working for. Great Job!

Worst customer service ever at this location. I always order multiple pizzas and usually one pizza is messed up. Well, finally get frustrated enough to actually call and ask for a refund for the one pizza and said I wanted to pay for the three others. The person who answered the phone said there was no manager at this location and that he cannot refund one of the pizzas. The pizza was so under cooked it was like eating dough so we threw it away. No wonder this place is so horrible, they do not even have a manager on duty. Called around 7:55 on 7/2/24 if anyone actually looks into these things.

Horrible experience the pizza was undercooked and had wayyy to much sauce and very little cheese.
Order here about Once a month I order 2-3 pizzas Togo and usually thin crust. I order it with pie cut (triangles) and it almost never fails that it’s square cut no matter how many times i confirm the cut on the phone it’s wrong and I have to wait. Last time we ordered here they had to make three pizzas before it was correct. This time there was no excuse what so ever. Had to repeat myself 3 times on the phone and when I got there it was dead but they were too busy talking and goofing around to pay attention and had to wait 10 extra minutes. Also the attitude I get every time they have to remake it and never a apology just an “oh okay”

This place is always busy dirty and rude. It closes early is ran by kids. no one wears a hair net or washes their hands. The food per value is good but that's it. Stay away from this roach box.

Never order delivery they take forever I’m currently still waiting and going on an hour and an half since the order was put in and when you try to call the 800 number they provide to call when you have any problems no one answers still on hold currently at 15 minutes.

WOW! The BEST SERVICE!I am so happy to leave this review. Today I had a 300 guests event at my hotel, I called Thursday to place a 100 order pizza (pepperoni, cheese, pepperoni and sausage), the lady that took my order was great and gave me the confidence I needed.I arrived 1 hour earlier than the time I told them I would just to be on the safe side, these amazing people made the pizzas so quickly, so fresh, I was so happy with the friendly service and to see how hard they worked to get our order out.Seemed like the owners were there and they were hands on making sure all went well.I will 100% be back every time we order pizza.THANK YOU!!

I ordered delivery, not knowing they use door dash as they're delivery service. The timg was really quick. But my order was completely wrong. I ordered the pretzel crust which came as regular crust dipped in table salt that they tried to modify into a pretzel crust after realizing they messed it up. I also ordered the herb and cheese puff bites. We got pepperoni. My family does not eat pork. I call the store to inform them of this the first person says it's pretzel pizza we just ran out of salt. Then puts the manager on the phone. I asked her who I was speaking to she said the manager. I asked her again and also asked her her name she says the manager. I said what is your name she says TC now what can I help you with. I tell her about my order and she goes it's pretzel pizza because it has baking soda and water on it but we ran out of pretzel salt so we bought regular sea salt from Kroger ( confused) then I tell her about the pepperoni bites and ask for a refund and she says you need to go through door dash because we haven't received payment from door dash yet ( I ordered directly from the Little Caesars website) so how am I supposed to request a refund from door dash when I ordered from little Caesars. I don't have a receipt stating order from doordash. I said all that to say the customer service was terrible. The food was wrong. And I won't be returning.

Terrible customer service. Took over an hour for my order and management did not want to do anything to better the situation. Don’t waste your time or money.
Took 30 minutes for 2 orders of appetizers, no apology. Terrible location and management. Pizza Hut has better wait times
