Placed an order at 3:30 for 4:15 pick up time.
Walked in the store at 4:10 and did not make contact with anyone until 4:30.
I was not the only person waiting for pick up either, there were about 3 other people whose orders were supposed to be ready. Terrible service.

The most disgusting place i seen. only one person working going back and forth to the cash register and the kitchen and not washing his hands when handling the ingredients to make the pizza after handling money. 🤢🤮

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an order last night for the first time at this location and had my fiancé pick it up since he was nearby. When he arrived, a young man (Caucasian, with green hair name pending) refused to give him the order because he didn’t have the 3-digit pickup code. Despite my fiancé confirming every other piece of information including the email, phone number, name, and showing the receipt he was still denied our food.
I called and spoke with an associate named Lisa, who even admitted she didn’t understand why the employee wouldn’t release the order since all the information matched. She told me she’d call back in 30 minutes after reaching out to her store manager to see if they could either remake the order or issue a refund. Thirty minutes passed with no update, so I called back only to be told the store manager would be out for two days and that I should call again once he return.
At this point, this situation is completely unacceptable. I also spoke with a team lead named Sandra, who was dismissive and offered no help whatsoever. I no longer want the food I just want my money refunded immediately.
This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable, and I will continue to share this experience until it’s properly addressed.

Pizza takes forever you have to order 25+ mins ahead.
I order ahead and it still took an additional 8 minutes.
What is the point of hot n ready if they don’t have any ready ?

They take forever to get your food ready, I'm on a hour lunch break and drive to Little Caesars which is ten minutes away then back. I don't like to wait 30 minutes, I don't have time to eat.
