I placed an order on 3/12 for 11 am, get there and the door is locked, multiple other people were waiting outside hung out for about 10 minutes till a guy started banging on the door and after about 3 min a guy came from the back and put up a note on the door saying they weren’t opening till noon. Already paid for the order which was not refunded and I have called corporate, was told the owner of that store would reach out and still have not gotten the refund. To the franchise owner of this store, not a good way to run a business. Sad news is I live nearby but will take my business elsewhere until the situations is rectified.

It's one of those normal tiny spaces in a shopping center. Great quality food and fast service from this location. I've never had any problems ordering from here or using the pickup code system to order online. For those complaining about the wait inside. I mean......yeah its a pizza place. Not a McDonald's or fast food stop. Your gonna wait 15-20+ minutes if you order inside. Which is why I would advise ordering online, using the mobile app or ordering over the phone. I'm still not sure why people would go to ANY pizza location and expect 5 minute food service unless your getting something that doesn't need to be baked. But as far as it being understaffed I promise that is almost any food service environment. Not many people wanna work for low pay and stressful customer service interactions. But to be fair i also have never had any direct interaction with the workers as i always order for pickup online. Usually wait around 20mins or less. Even though it doesn't show it online, I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry wild cherry Pepsi aside from the regular as well. The store always looks clean inside as well. The only negative and not against the store is the parking lot. It's just got those small tiny tight spots. So park facing the street and not right in front of the store unless you wanna get some nice door scratches from the locals xDParking: Not a whole lot of parking spots but it's beside a subway and some other shops that are not busy. So there is always a free spot to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Regular sidewalk with a handicap ramp .

My 3 meat was light on one of the meats, but the extra most cheese was on point. And the crazy combo was on point. Alot cheaper than I anticipated on paying.Vegetarian options: Cheese, veggies style pizzas

This place is always super understaffed. I went on a Wednesday evening and it took over an hour to get 1 single cheese pizza. The place was packed with people who had been waiting over an hour.If your time is valuable to you go to the one on Denton Highway instead

If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time is crazy and its been like this for years.
Worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been too I was standing there 20 minutes nobody took my order I saw them playing in the back and another customer next me waiting for a while. Everything was low stock. There is not 0 star option if not I would have put it.

Have had problems with this place in the past. ( wait time ) but today was unbelievable. Tried to call to place my order to avoid a long wait. Nobody answered the phone, since I was driving by it anyway thought I would stop and place my order. I was told that they weren't taking orders in the store, only online or phone orders. How can you order by phone when no one answers. Her reply was ,oh, well if you order now it will be more than an hour for your pizza to be ready. This place is the worst, not going there again. Went else where. Only waited 5 minutes for my food. Will not go to this little Ceasars again, and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place as well. Avoid it like the plague.

Location was full of upset customers not being served. Ordered online but the location didn't have any sodas and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Goodbye 3.50! Get home and open the boxes and what do you know, they gave me a huge crust with close to half the actual pizza toppings on it.
