Yall need better employees I waited for them to take my order and they were just on there phones and talking didn’t even bother checking if there were customers.

I've ordered stuffed crust pizza that I did not receive. Store manager Nancy r was not helpful in helping me out refuse to give me the area manager name and number refuse to give me the stuff pizza that I paid for instead gave me a regular pizza I was not happy. I don't know where they went wrong but the service is getting really bad.

Not in a good neighborhood very slow service wouldn't recommend visiting

The lady who serves is very despotic
I only come here because I like pizza but if they could change the lady for someone with a better face it would be super better

The girl at the counter with the very badly done blonde hair was acting as if counting change and taking pizza orders is the hardest thing she's done in her life. Get people in here that actually want to work. These workers are rude as heck, and lazy.

Its always very busy. But the parking lot need to be reworked

I have never had to wait so long for an online order at a little ceasar’s. I waited almost 30 minutes for an online order and people kept going in and out faster than my order did. I know it’s expected for a few to do that but a whole 30 minutes and people coming out with 3-5 pizzas??? All I wanted was one pepperoni pizza and the crazy bread combo. When I finally walked in, I still had to wait at the back of the line. If it wasn’t for a worker that walked in that I asked about it I would’ve had to wait even longer. When I asked for the order they took it out of the pizza portal… that pizza had sat there for over 15 minutes. So not only did I wait for that long of a time, they didn’t even think to let me have a fresh pizza. The pizza was cold and stiff when I got home in which I had to just make different food plans and throw it out. Ridiculous. I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone to get a confirmation that it was ready.

Keep calling over and over to try and set an order for pickup and nobody answers somebody hung up on me and now they're forwarding my calls
