Went through the drive through and was told my pizza would be delivered shortly. 30 minutes and 15 people later, only did I get it after I went outside and stood in line, defeating the purpose of the drive through.

Customer service is beyond poor. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Workers will look at you 4 or 5 times before YOU ask them for services. Asked a worker that was standing behind the counter for a bag and he looked at me as if he didn’t work there. NEVER got the bag!!
This is a wonderful place if your trying to eat some good pizza or chicken wings .

They overcharged me for my pizza. When I was in my car waiting on my pizza I noticed on my receipt that I was charged 16% (double) tax. I’m not sure if the register was malfunctioning or if they have it set up like that. I went inside and received some money back. I just wanted to post so that people can be aware. Check your receipt people!
We tried Little Caesars Pizza for the first time for the Monday night football game. We had our order delivered and I was missing a pizza. I contacted Christina, the manager at the McCart location.
Post pandemic specifically, it’s been my experience that a lot of folks don’t seem to be concerned with customer service at fast food or take out facilities.
Many make it seem like you’re being there is an inconvenience to them. I hate that.
Not the case here. Christina was very professional, friendly, and definitely won me over as a customer who will be back.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered the pretzel crust pizza, crazy bread, and an extra most bestest pepperoni. The pretzel crust was made on a regular crust and cooked longer to make it look dark, the taste was the same as the regular crust. The crazy bread had no seasoning or Parmesan like it’s supposed to have. The extra most bestest was a very poorly-made, regular pepperoni with barely any sauce and 2 inches of crust around the edge. Don’t waste your money here.

Terrible service. We bought 16 pizzas, with plenty of notice in advance and this is the quality we get.

This store is nasty, dirty floors. No telling g what is going on back in the kitchen area. Pizza wasn't ready.

Every time I come here they always tell me to park in front in then it takes forever to get to me I have to eventually go in to get my pizza. Idk what has happened but they use to be fast but now it's horrible

Picked up a Hot and Ready and once I got home, only to realized it was cold and overcooked. See picture for full transparency. I didn’t have time to take it back as I have two children. This was my first bad experience at this location and it was really disappointing.

All I wanted was my sauce that I spent money on instead of making it right, they hung the phone up 6 times because they couldn’t be bothered with an apology. Hanging up the phone because you don’t want to deal with your own mistakes is absolutely unexplainable! I work in industries like this and I’ve never treated someone in such a manner. I have only gotten food at this company twice before today in New York a this has been the worst experience I have ever had at i’m done. It isn’t the fact that they missed something on my order it’s the way the workers treated me an my Fiancé after the fact. If I treated any of my customers in this manner I wouldn’t have a job. They need to get better manners or rehire!!!
