First time visiting this location but a frequent buyer of Little Caesars Pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas and neither of them had pizza sauce on them. We called to inform the store and ask for a remake. Guy said let me get the manager. We can hear them in background speaking in Spanish. Manager never gets on the phone. Message is relayed that all pizzas come with a standard sauce and next time we have to ask for extra, they would not do a remake. The pizza is very dry and poor customer service. What manager doesn't speak directly to their dissatisfied customer! And offer to make it right. We will never visit this location again. I should've known when the guy answered the phone with "hello" and not a proper business greeting 🤦♀️

I walked in and I ordered then after I paid the dude walked away, went somewhere else and I was just standing there waiting for my receipt. He never came back so I had to grab somebody else and then they were acting confused like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Everything was good just The customer service Needs work

Hot fresh and ready pizza when you walk in the door. Inexpensive pizza option with great taste. Every pizza chain has there way of making pizza. Little Ceasers "pizza pizza" is delicious.

My son loves this pizza can I get it once almost every two weeks on payday the guys in there are funny the ladies in there are nice and kind it's a nice little atmosphere in there

The last two times I ordered the supreme pizza. They did great on the pepperoni but very little on the rest of the toppings. It would have been great if the toppings were all over not a little here and there.
Ordered three pizzas today, had my order repeated back to me, had no issue picking them up. Got home, and found that all three of my pizzas were wrong, and it wasn't even that I had picked up the wrong thing, the receipt that they put on the boxes has my name. I called to tell them, they didn't apologize, told me to come back and bring the pizzas with me and they would have my correct pizzas waiting. I get there, and every single worker came to check my pizzas for some reason? After the fourth or fifth person saw that no, not one bite was taken out of any of the three wrong pizzas, then they started to go back to what they were doing beforehand. Again, no apology for the mistake, no offer to help make this situation right, and to add to this horrible experience? They didn't have any of my correct pizzas ready, and I had to wait all over again for my order. What a garbage customer service experience, and so disappointing. If whoever is in charge of making sure this store is running well sees this, please know that it's not being run very well. Employees would literally rather gawk at an incorrect order than work.

This place is horrible I will never go here again. The staff is horrible I order cheese puffs the gave me pepperoni and gave them away reordered cheese puffs again got the same thing happened. I asked for a manager no manager on duty no refund and was told it would take 30 minutes to get new ones. I just left the store with a total loss of $9.64

If 0 was an option I definitely would have selected it. THERE WAS A FLY BAKED IN MY PIZZA !!! Boom so I walk in the store with the fly pizza in hand and explain the bug situation. Thinking my refund would be granted but no he try’s to hand me another pizza. At this point I’m traumatized I ALMOST ATE A FLY! I don’t want anything from here he walks away and calls who I believe is the store manager. I explain the situation again she responds with “Oh, it can’t be a fly, I assure you that we do not have flies here.” As if I ask if she had pets. Bro it’s a fly you don’t know if you have one until it flies passes you like what?! Anyways once I told her I had it in my hand looking at it and showing her worker it’s CLEARLY a fly she change tone and still tried to offer me a pizza. I declined once more and requested my money it was a back and forth as if I’m wrong for not wanting the pizza the offered.

This Little Caesars is DIFFERENT! You can tell that every employee truly cares about making the best food they can. People in the community rave about this place to the point that it is almost like a hidden gem.
