If you don’t like your job girl find something better but don’t ruin the clients nights with your non sense. I love to come here the pizza is yummy but today they gave me a almost burnt dark pizza and it was less than warm :/ other than that make sure you check your pizza to be safe, this doesn’t ever happen to me except today!

It would give a zero ⭐️ result that I ordered a pizza and wings on the app and I did not receive my order according to the delivery man, he forgot to send it to me, they told me to go get it, I paid to have it delivered to my work, I couldn't leave my work, they told me They would refund me the $ and it wasn't because 5 people were left without eating and they charged me, I sent a message to customer service and I didn't receive a response, how can they trust my food to someone irresponsible who wouldn't send me my food I'm very upset

After picking up my kids from school we swung by to pick up an online order. It was a total of 3 pizzas. My mobile order stated it was ready on the portal but when I tried to get it they told me they are still working on it.. okay no problem… waited almost 10 minutes which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time.. I get my order and come home. I start serving my kids and it’s clearly labeled two pepperonis and one cheese.. but when I opened the box labeled “Pepperoni” it was a 2nd cheese pizza… I called the store just to inform them and the manager on the shift stated “well what do you want me to do about it????” Excuse me? How about you get the order right? I completely understand accidents happen but she immediately caught an attitude with me.. she also stated they double check every pizza before it goes out but clearly that wasn’t the case…

A lot of people are leaving the place because they weren’t accepting cash, even tho people had the exact amount of money to pay for the pizza they still didn’t accept it.

Worst customer service EVER. The guy who answered the phone was VERY rude. They said that they closed at 10 and I got there 20 minutes before closing and they didn’t let me order. The sign said “OPEN” and yet they refused to let me order. What about next time they just change the closing time to 9:30.

I had placed an order online pizza came in bad conditions contacted the store, manager was honest and told me they had issues with the stuffed pizzas told me to go the next day and he would replace my whole order with an additional item …. the pizza was cooked well and tasted good over all service was great …
