I told the guy behind the counter please make sure the food isn't greasy or cold. I got the 2 piece fish and 3 chicken platter. The food was salty fries was cold only thing was decent was the cold slaw. Being diabetic salty food isn't what I expected

I was out running errands and decided to grab something at this location. The woman who was handling the drive thru was totally rude and not seemingly interested in being at work. This continued as I picked up and paid for my order. Not a good experience. The food was good and hot so I was only disappointed with her attitude. I normally get my food from the Lake Worth location and have not experienced this with them at all. Service always good at Lake Worth location.

I went to the drive thru the lady taking my order couldn't hear i guess I would tell her my order and she would repeat all wrong. I ordered a family order 12pc all fish and double fries and corn and add a piece of chicken, she would repeat 12pc half chicken half fish i would say no all fish and add a piece of chicken she said a piece of chicken ok, went to window she said ketchup and tarter sauce I said yes extra starter sauce she said 47.41 I handed my card she said pull up ill take it out to you I was the only car there then after 15 min I went around and inside she was bagging it up i told her the chicken wasn't in there she said she didn't charged me and that she repeated the order at the window nowhere didn't, the cook had more better customer service experience because he asked me if everything was good with my food and order yall need to chang the cook to the front and put this lady to cook she can't interact with customers. She wears glasses and said her name was Claudia she needs to be restrained in customer service. I spent 50 and got very bad and rude service.
