I stopped in last night to grab dinner on my way home. It was a to-go order: Grilled Chicken Salad, and steakhouse wings (Flats only). I got home and over half were tossed out because they were dummies. It was such a simple order. How did they get it wrong when the ticket clearly called it out.

For years Longhorn Steakhouse has been my #1 most favorite restaurant, and this particular location in Fort Worth has been the best location I’ve been to this far. The service is excellent, the fries & chicken tenders are top notch and has been consistently outstanding almost every single time I visit, and the chocolate stampede cake is the cherry on top. The only minor complaint I currently have are that they didn’t do the whole birthday chant like they used to do since I wet there with my father to celebrate my 38th birthday (which is June 3rd, which is today by the time I’m typing this). But that’s extremely minor. They did send me a coupon via email that allowed me to get a free desert so it’s all good. I just hope they would build a Longhorn Steakhouse closer to Frisco/Plano in the Stonebriar Mall area since I’d love to eat there more often (perhaps they can replace the closed down Chili’s would would be a perfect replacement in this area). If you folks want to eat at a place with outstanding food and good service, then I strongly recommend eating here. It’s been my most favorite restaurant for years in both Texas & Maryland for almost a decade, so my personal taste & high praise of this place has been consistent for quite a long time. ^-^

I would recommend to order to go or go on week days. The food is good the multiple times we have went. The restaurant itself is gives off chain restaurant vibes and the bathrooms are ok (sometimes they are clean some times they aren't). Overall if you can get sat quickly it's an enjoyable night, but the hostesses could use a little more training. They are not very friendly and do not seem to be very efficient

We love this place, great food and have to say the manager, she always says hello and takes care of us very well. We had a party of twelve recently and everything was great. The cost was well worth it.
The last 3 times in a row that we have been to this location they have been out of food. It's actually pretty ridiculous that they'd be out of lobster, brussel sprouts, and salads all at the same time on multiple occasions.

They were busy, yet still pretty well organized. The waiter was very knowledgeable, fast, and attentive. More importantly, the food was really good. From the steak, sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli, I left full and satisfied.
If you like to freeze then that's the place to go. Wish they could have turned the temperature up a little bit.

Wonderful!! Best ribeye, hands down!! I cut it with my fork and not a drop of steak sauce needed!! The server was top-notch. The atmosphere was perfect for any occasion.
