As two Chefs we are honestly STILL; 10 yrs later, talking about the Quality, amazing flavors and hospitality these folks provide. Now we are talking about it we will have to come back. (We even bought their sausage to serve at our own catering gig.)
Seriously across the state of Texas (and beyond) no one can compare to these guys!!

Bought a pound of sliced brisket for a later meal. The owner said he gave me extra and he was not happy with the quality of the meat from the supplier. Later I understood. You could make boots from the meat. Afraid this once famous restaurant is down to dealing its customers.

Great place to grab great tasting, good quality BBQ. My co-worker and I were looking for a BBQ joint near our new office location and we found it!

Restaurants come and go, There's a reason Longorias BBQ is still standing. Tucked away on the edge of EVERMAN, FORT WORTH AND FORREST HILL, Longorias BBQ gives you that sense of Family the moment you walk through the door and breath in that true smell of BBQ with a rich Spanish history written all over the walls planted here in welcoming Texas. Owner David Longoria, is Still there bright and early preparing daily, making plates himself, and could tell you the history behind every picture, newspaper clipping and equipment in there. Give credit where it's due and drop by and try to prove me wrong.

Used to be really good, I don’t know what happened 🤔
They have great barbecue, and their deserts are out of this world!
The name says Longoria BBQ. I purchased slice beef, thinking that it was barbecue & it wasn’t. Sliced beef was like a roast you put in the oven & they left it in to long. Meat was tough & dried out even the chicken was too. I was very disappointed I wasted my money on something I did not enjoy & ended up throwing it in the trash. If I could have taken it back I would have, but they close at 5p.

Fantastic authentic bbq! Family run business with super friendly staff. The brisket is to die for!
My favorite BBQ in DFW. Been going here for over ten years now. Love the family, too.
