This place have lost it's magic touch as a restraurant. I purchased a ribeye steak - tough and dry. This was early in the day around noon. One would have thought their food would be fresh, even the yeast wheat roll was hard and dry. I purchased two meals for my son and I it cost me approximately $35 - $37 dollars. I wasted my money but my son loved his chicken fry steak. They had just fried them and he got a fresh one! This location was in East Fort Worth, Texas near Bridge Street.

Me and two friends had our pic of anywhere in town and had to pick this place. The three of us ate very little and it was $35. The big fish had been there a while and was not delicious. The macaroni and cheese was okay but tasted like it had flour in it or something. I don't remember what the other two got but it was unsatisfactory and we left being very disappointed. I look for this place to close down.

Food was good. Chairs were sticky to sit on. Dirty and nasty furniture if they wash the chairs I would go back

Ordered to go meals and picked them up. Ordered pea salad, online but there was none so they substituted without asking. Had to request a different substitution, because what they offered was inedible for me. Wish they mentioned add-ins to the pintos, as I am allergic to onion. I knew to pick it out of the dressing, but was unpleasantly surprised to find it in the beans, too. Corn, green beans, broccoli and cheese, mac and cheese were great, spinach, not so much so.Entrees were well seasoned and prepared. Chicken fried steak was delicious gravy plentious, turkey was plump and juicy, dressing was creamy and the gravy for them was spot on for flavor! Jalapeno cornbread and regular cornbread were surprisingly bland, could have used a bit of salt. Surprising since I never add salt to anything I cook but eggs. Usually the baking powder gives enough salt for me in homemade cornbread. Sizes of the dishes were large enough to enjoy and have a bit leftover for later, too. Will definitely be back!

I guess Sylvia was upset because I asked her to give me the part of the mac and cheese that actually has cheese on top and the girl gave me a half of scope of Mac and cheese for my kids meal. Instead of Andy coming over asking the customer what the problem was he just opens the box and says that is a kid meal size. Now, I just came to this same restaurant, at the same time and got the same kids meal. Absolutely horrible customer service and trash management! You all should tell your manager to at least acknowledge the consumer and the server back there not to try and argue with the customer. We all need a job in today’s climate, but if you’re unhappy with yours stay at home!

Food is pretty decent and fresh. I frequent here when I want a home cooked meal without having to cook it myself.

We went before closing. It was extra dry salmon. Better go early or mid day. Other than that it usually really good ??

I ordered chicken fried chicken it was cold, the dressing was burned, the silverware was dirty and to top it off the waitress waited on my 1 time and didn't come around to check on me and when you pay it ask to tip the waitress thank God i didn't because she was to busy on her phone. That was the worst 22.00 dollar's i spent. Never will go back.

This store carries the stigma of being for old people, and thats true. But the food is bomb. I dont know what that green jelly thing is but damn, its incredible.
