We had reservations @ 8p and was told we had a 40 minute wait? What is the point in making reservations? They do not need to offer reservations when they clearly mis-manage them. People whom had just walked in without reservations got seated before us. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing.

The food is delicious. Even the bun on my hamburger was exceptional.

Service is good and it's got classic diner vibes but I feel the dishes could use depth and are priced a bit more premium then they actually taste.

My first visit, definitely going back. The crab stuffed mushrooms are to die for. I really enjoyed the food. My margarita was not very good. My friend enjoyed an espresso martini.

First time. Food and service were great. Our table had pasta, fish, can cakes, steak and all were very good.

The food was good but a little rich. The country fried steak has a lot of breading but the steak was good... should be equally proportion...

We’ve been to Lucile’s in Fort Worth several times, and today was by far the worst experience we’ve had. I understand brunch gets busy, but the lack of basic service was unacceptable.

Our table and chairs were dirty and sticky when we sat down, and our server made no effort to clean anything or make sure we were taken care of. She barely checked on us — our drinks were eventually refilled, but not in a timely manner, and our coffee wasn’t filled at all until we finally had to ask.

On top of that, the food was subpar. One dish was so bad it had to be sent back, and the rest was extremely disappointing compared to their usual standard.

Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and nowhere close to what we’ve experienced at Lucile’s in the past.
