July 22nd, 2025. I selected Macaluso's Italian Restaurant for a quiet Birthday dinner. A new place for us, why I have no idea!! The young gentleman that seated us & was our waiter was very friendly & personable! He was very attentive, thanked us for being new customers with favorites on suggestions on the menu. He nicely served a surprise birthday cannoli. What superb, gracious service. The food was amazing. Our new favorite place. Thank you

This place is truly a hidden gem! My daughter and I went out seeking Italian food that was not an Olive Garden. We chose this restaurant based on their reviews, and I am so glad we did! We were greeted at the door, and welcomed in. The room was inviting, clean and the lighting was dim (which I prefer). Dinner started with the garlic bread appetizer and it was great! Not too much garlic or oily. The posted picture is the Macaluso Fettuccini. The food was amazing! The sauces...

It was such a good spot great food it’s real authentic. It’s family owned and you can just taste it in the food which is the best type of food. The sauce isn’t canned the vegetables the meat the garlic bread 🥖. Best hidden Italian place in Fort Worth.
