We tried to order from here for our office lunch. Not only did we wait an hour upon arrival, we were then told our order had already been given to someone else so we left empty handed. DO NOT ORDER HERE, Hawaiian Bros on Bryant Irving, always quick, accurate, and tasty!

I have ordered serveral times on door dash. I was excited to have a hawaiian option here in Fort Worth. I like the mac salad. The spciy chicken was a 3 star, but the three bone strip was not edible, I couldn't tear it at all; quality extremely poor. I ordered several times to try different dishes before I made a true opinion of the food. I truly would love to order more, but I need to see enhanced taste and quality. The lettuce that came with the pork dish was so nasty looking, I just ate the pork and didn't feel well the next day. On another occasion I had the katsu, I can't say much except I wouldn't order it again. I am leaving 3 stars but could be a 2 star.

I’ve had food from here before, and everytime it’s been delicious. However, I got short ribs that had the world’s gamiest taste. I have never had short ribs that tasted this putrid. The last time I had short ribs from here they were perefexr. I’m disappointed, but every other menu item I’ve had has been wonderful. Maybe I just got a bad batch this time.

Ordered on DoorDash. Spam musubi and spicy mac. Delicious! Wish the spam and seaweed wrap were crispier but not bad. I'm blown away by the portion size for the price!!

Food was great first time having Hawaiian
I DoorDash about 3 nights a week, this place by FAR is the best delivery food I’ve ever ordered. Fresh, hot, neat…. I couldn’t even finish it. Great restaurant.

We got the aloha family meal that came with a choice of 3 meats and 2 sides of the Mac and rice. We chose the chicken katsu, the BBQ beef, and the kaluha pork for $45. Which didn't sound too bad but depending on the meat you choose they would charge more, which is fine. However we were disappointed with the portion size. I thought that we would be given a serving with the 3 entrees in a one box, but to our surprise it was also filled with more of the serving sizes so there was less meat than we expected as seen in the picture. Despite the surprise, the chicken katsu and kaluha pork was really tasty. They also gave us 2 crab rangoons on the house which was nice.
This little store is also different from what we were expecting, you go in and there's an automated machine where you can order from different restaurants and they will ask for your number and deliver it to the lockers for you to pick up

The food was well packaged and portioned well. I personally like this place more than Hawaiian bros! Their Mac salad seems to have improved based on prior reviews and the chicken katsu definitely satisfied me!! (I’ve been looking for a good katsu takeout place). I love the variety of the sauces as well. Veggies underneath the meat are also a nice touch. Overall, would order again :) They are a newer business so I understand the mishaps with the locker.

I was excited to see a Hawaiian BBQ spot down the street from where I live. I'm always skeptical when I notice that a Hawaiian/Japanese joint is owned by non-Hawaiian/Polynesian/Asian folks, but I still gave it a try cuzzzzz I was hungry. It was mid ?? The Mac Salad was inconsistent with the traditional taste and tasted like it had a bad attitude, the BBQ beef lacked flavor, but the BBQ chicken was very juicy and flavorful. The Chicken Katsu, that I usually love, was just bland. The Cajun fries were seasoned well but the fries themselves were stale!! Overall, 4/10. Also, I ordered online on the website but the pickup system did not recognize my order. The portions for sure I can say were good. If you read this, give them a try BUT check out some more lowkey local spots in the DFW as well.

First time ordering here. Although the food tasted ok, we won't be back.We ordered over $50 worth of food. Received an email confirmation and everything. Got to the place to pick up, and there was no record of our order. We couldn't ask anybody because this place doesn't have anyone at the customer service/reception area. The couple of people who did walk through said "I don't work in that kitchen, can't help."I tried calling the phone number on the email confirmation about 5x over the span of 30 minutes. No answer. Kept going to voicemail. It eventually got to the point of we had been waiting 45 minutes. Finally the phone number called me back. I assume he was the owner. He apologized, said he'd make it right and come up to cook the food personally or make it right somehow. Fine. I can wait another 10 minutes, I've already been waiting nearly an hour.So I was sitting in the car passenger seat, while my family was inside the building waiting. A car comes storming up beside me, then walks to my driver side door, knocks, and immediately opens my door. Didn't give me time to roll down my window or anything...just opened my door. I had no idea who it was initially, so I thought I was about to be mugged. Then he introduced himself as the person I was speaking to on the phone. Kind of scary for a single woman in a shady parking lot at nearly dark.Anyways, my family eventually brought the food out. I decided to check the bags while there, and they actually didn't even give the full order. Missed the steamed rice and steamed broccoli sides. But at this point, we said F it. We weren't going to wait another 30 minutes for some rice and broccoli. We got two cans of juice for free. I guess that makes up for the 1+ hour wait and missing food. ?♀️So yeah... won't be back.

We ordered out and the food was devoured before I could take a picture. It was great. Clean and healthy with spice for those who wanted it. We got four meets, egg rolls, rice and Mac. All scrumptious.

This is a shared kitchen space and the food is incredible. You order online and can pickup (that is cheapest) or have it delivered. It is not a sit down restaurant. Did I mention the food is delicious?!?! Also the service was superb, they were very helpful and generous with portions. Definitely the best I Hawaiian food I have had since moving to the DFW area!!
Parking: It is a small lot but plenty of spaces since it is a pickup and go location.
Kid-friendliness: There were no concerns about having a kiddo attend the pickup. There is a waiting bench and waiting area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat parking lot, wheelchair parking spots, flat entry in and out of the pickup area.

First time ordering here. Food was mediocre missing seasoning. Cajun fries and spring roll were disappointing. Adding seasoning to barely cook fries barely makes them Cajun. It was a miss and complicated picking up from this ghost kitchen.

The one in Fort Worth is take out only but it's good food. Taste real similar to food in Hawaii. A lot better and more authentic than Hawaiian Bros. Mahalo Hawaiian grill and Pineapple Grill are the best in around the Fort Worth area
