We visited Maiden for my birthday, and we made the drive to Fort Worth from Frisco for the experience. This was our first time there, and we will be back! The food was absolutely delicious, like mouth watering. The kind of meal that you keep thinking about, because it was so good. The service is top notch. Our server was kind, informative, speedy, and she had a great sense of humor. It was obvious the staff enjoyed being there. The decor is cool, and upscale retro vibe. I cannot wait for our next visit!

Spiral Diner's exceptional reputation led me to believe this experience would be equally outstanding, given their consistently excellent menu. With the closure of the only other all-vegan fine-dining establishment, my anticipation was high. However, I can recommend only the steak au poivre and fries. The vegan steak's exceptional quality was remarkable. Conversely, the pesto pasta and hushpuppies were inedible; I was surprised by the poor execution of such simple dishes. The hushpuppies' dark color and resistance to cutting were immediate warning signs. I should not have proceeded and taken a bite.(the restaurant graciously comped the dish without prompting.)
The ambiance was great &so was the staff. I think it has potential if the culinary team meets with the all the spiral diner chefs and learn how to execute vegan food properly.

The General Manager Quinn offered impeccable customer service. He was very accommodating to our needs. His demeanor was professional and warm. If I could give him 1000 stars I would. Not to leave out our server Kendall, she was top tier…. Very welcoming and knowledgable of each selection. Kendall is a true jewel, someone you want to invite to family function because she felt that familiar. Lastly, the food was EXCELLENT, hats of to the chef, your creativity is truly an art. My husband and I had the tasting menu EVERYTHING was Superb!! We highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

Fantastic experience with the 8 course tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was outstanding. The Arancini was fantastic. The use of subtle and unexpected flavors in many dishes was really a delight. The wine pairings were great. Our server Kendall was provided outstanding service by being knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. Overall a great experience.
The a la carte menu is great. We love the tasting menu for special occasions but the cheese plate or steak frites are great for a week night out.

My husband and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary here. We are both vegan and felt like we could never have a fine dining experience until we found Maiden. Everything was amazing, including our server Adam!
If you ever get the chance, make sure to check out Spiral and Dreamboat Donuts. I believe they're all owned by the same person. We are huge fans of it all!

Maiden’s food, service, and atmosphere are above and beyond. We have not had anything we did not love. Our first time at Maiden, we had the full course experience with a sake pairing. I could not believe how much the sake pairing elevated each course. We also love sitting outside if we did not make a reservation and eating their small plates. Their vegan steak is seriously insane. I have not had better, and they have the most delicious homemade sauces. If you are looking for a very intentional experience and thoughtfully crafted food and pairings go here. Also, their high tea is superb. I lived in London, and I miss high tea, and Maiden does not disappoint. Oh, I forgot to mention their cocktails. They are on par with everything else. Both cocktails and mocktails are amazing.
Amazing experience! We did the 8 course tasting menu and spent about 2.5 hours there and had a fantastic server that contributed to our wonderful night. While each course was unique and enjoyable, we loved the risotto ball, cheese plate, and apple dessert the most. So clever and creative! Looking forward to future visits on our Texas trips.
