I've said it before, and I’ll say it again: Main Dish has THE BEST salad and wraps to date! And now that they’ve added pitas to the menu, it takes it to another level! I got the Chicago-style Buffalo chicken pita. I switched it up and added bacon bites to the pita, and let me tell you, it made my mouth water. Every bit had a savory piece of chicken and bacon with a special sauce. I didn’t want the sandwich to end!! Let me tell you, the pictures don’t do it justice. The food here is AMAZING! Trust me, I’m a true food, so check it out and tell them Ms. Hope sent you!

I am so glad I found Main Dish Salad! They are right down from where I work. I got a Kale and Grilled Chicken Wrap. It is delicious, fresh and stuffed full of vegetables which is what I was crazing after Thanksgiving! The service was outstanding and the woman who helped may have been the owner, I don't know, but she was very personable and kind. The cafe inside is adorable and cozy if you are wanting to dine in.

It was my first visit and I will definitely be back!I searched "salads" and this was the closest restaurant to me and the pictures and reviews looked good. It is in a location that can be easy to miss. Customer service was wonderful! Toya was so helpful explaining how to order and all their different options - which are a lot! There is a counter with tablets where you can order, or you can order online. I got the Caribbean salad and added some extras. It is delicious! I am writing this review while I'm eating. I am so pleased. The passionfruit tea lemonade is amazing; I'm getting a larger size next time. I love the mango pineapple dressing. For fresh, made-to-order food, it was ready in a timely manner and it is yummy! The full size salad is large and very filling, I couldn't finish it all. But the container makes it easy to save. I highly recommend this place.?

I used to go down the street at Salad and Go... until my partner suggested to come here. And am I glad he did! Small mom-and-pop healthy eating at its best! Fresh ingredients, crisp lettuce, so many options for toppings and dressings. The owners are great and so hospitable and it's family-ran. I've met their daughters and son. Coming here makes me feel like part of the family. And the drinks.... So delicious! They have flavored teas and lemonades. It doesn't taste like they use tap water (like other places), you can taste the freshness. I love coming here, I come here about once a week.
