Came here on a Saturday night. Busy, as expected. Wait time and over all entertainment experience were perfectly fine, but the wait staff attendance to customers is very irritable.

At about 9:29, we’d tried navigating two online order kiosks and both said they had issues processing our order. We ask a staff member about it and are told to try ordering at a table instead. That’s not a problem, I understand digital takeout will be ass sometimes as I work fast food.

We get seated quickly and given menu’s. But it’s been over thirty to forty minutes and we’re sitting in our booth with no one as a waiter. Other people are seated next to us and diagonally, they immediately had staff at their table getting their orders.

I ask someone at the bar for a waiter at the table, it’s ten minutes later and there’s still no one.

As I’ve said, I work fast food, so I do understand being slammed and busy on my feet. TO AN EXTENT. This is flat out ridiculous.

Came here for my son’s birthday and we didn’t even get to eat. I waited 5 minutes to be seated, then another 20 minutes to never be serviced again. When I went to tell my family what was going on the cards were almost empty. So we decided to go somewhere else to eat.

No it was not busy, there was one other family waiting for food and another one already eating.

We celebrated my daughter 5th birthday party and everyone had a blast, especially with laser tag. I wanted to give a special shout out to Jakob and Kade that really made my daughter's party that much better.

Food is way overpriced but to be expected in this type of establishment. We were able to start our bowling early, which was good, but the escape rooms were not staffed, so we couldn't get into them. The exterior landscaping, though, is full of debris and trash. Definitely would recommend they clean up more of this as first impressions are lasting.

Food was over cooked, the bowling alley would always glitch every round, didn't let us finish the game because it was glitching, the games took most of my credits, 2.4/10

Me and my boy's went for the first time it was so much fun and the food was good the staff was awesome at special this one watress we had name jason he was super kind and respectful love it he made sure we were taken care of 💓so thank you so much we had a blast!

Went with a group on Monday & it was what seemed to be a circus of employees that didn't want to be there. While waiting for someone at the front desk, employees were standing around, on their phones.. Waited 5-10 minutes to get help. When it came to ordering food, half their menu was unavailable because “we only have 1 chef." After ordering our food, twice. Twice we were told that our food could not be made despite our bowling neighbors having the same food.
As a manager, I think the situation could’ve been handled a lot better. Simply by closing the kitchen. Or even better, a limited menu. After speaking with the manager, I realized that there’s no point. I heard every excuse in the book, no bueno. (Our server Mason was doing the best he could despite the circumstances, five stars for him)

Food is inconsistent either bad or good takes forever to get it. if your bowling don't expect to get service unless you go look for it make sure they know you need service.

Every time we go the staff in the prize room is awesome! Niomi was so nice! Only down side at all was some of the games were down and didn’t have any signs saying they were. Other than that super clean, and kind staff! Always a go to for our family!

We came for Monday Madness. Amanda from the bar pool area was amazing! We came for my nephew’s birthday. Her mangers were so accomodating. The pizza strip family appetizer meal was kind of not available, but they made it happen. Dot was amazing too! Thank you for making this day special for my nephew. He lost is mom last year and I really wanted to make his day birthday special and you all did this for me. Thank you!!!

Went here for my daughter’s 6th birthday to let her play some games and Brian the manager was absolutely amazing! We can’t wait to go back!!
