So disappointed!!! First of all, after ordering we waited 45 mins and finally asked how much longer it would be for our two large pizzas? They informed us they hadn’t even been put in the oven yet due to having a large amount of online orders to complete first. We were not told this when we ordered, or we wouldn’t have ordered there in the first place! When we DID finally get our pizzas we were in such a hurry we didn’t check them first before we left.. That was a mistake! The simple BBQ chicken pizza we ordered looked like it had an entire tray of cheese dumped on it in massive clumps and then shaken up so the toppings were all sliding off. They added jalapeños, cheddar cheese and bacon to it as well, which we didn’t ask for? So after waiting an hour for our pizzas we didn’t even get what we asked for. What a joke! I honestly wonder if the staff were high or something..

Before I ordered o noticed Tarn’s were low recently but ignored it. I called two hours ahead to have a cheese pizza and Hawaiian ready at 5:30. I got there and didn’t get them until 6 tonight.

Came in to order my pizzas, the worker said 30 minutes, I said no problem. Repeated my order 3 times! 45 minutes later , BOTH of my pizzas are wrong! I don't know what was going on I that kitchen on a Tuesday. But after someone get off a 12 hour shift and wait 45 minutes and your order is still wrong and stated that they can remake it but it will probably be another 30 or 40 minutes. This is crazy. I know mistakes are made, but dang!. I would have been totally wrong just to demand my money back, that probably will take 5 to 7 business days to get it back! Highly pissed andd hungry! Today was not the day for me to take the high road ??

Do yourself a favor, dont go here. New staff aren't friendly OR clean. I'm wondering if this is still owned by the original owners. I get turnover, but cleanliness is a must. Mind you, I'm 40 and have eaten at mamas my entire life(All locations)I know what to expect here. The quality of the pizza has decreased from the amount of toppings to the way they cook it. Ours was totally dried out, and there was not a good amount of toppings per usual. The new cook (im guessing) had a not so pleasant smell and dirty hands, rubbed through his oily hair the entire time he talked to me about not being able to honor a coupon on my phone. (One they have honored for at least 10 years) All I could think was bro, you won't have to worry about me after this. Lol. The time prior to that, there was an older lady there that id never seen acting as if she was clueless about even having a coupon. Also, wouldn't honor anything without me producing it which is fine if thats the way they want it to work now but to act clueless about it is another level. Mind ya, I eat here minimum 3 times a Month for no fewer than for 10 years. (THIS location). Anyway, I got to my mom's today and she says, I bought a mamas pizza, but I'm trashing it. I can't trust it. Lol ? I never shared my story with her but she verbatim said their was a young guy who came up from the back, she also assumed he was the cook. Said his finger nails were soo dirty, and he rubbed through his hair so much and didnt want to honor her coupon. We feel like our pizza will make me sick because hes not operating with clean hands. Needless to say, they are blaming the current manager for the coupon change which isn't major.... but at the end of the day, it WILL drive LOYAL Customers away for lack of cleanliness and PROFESSIONALISM. Most people just want to be able to purchase food as we have many years now, minus a game about a coupon. Previously, on many occasions my phone was dead and I was thankful for the kind faces that said, let me get it for you. THATS TAKING CARE OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS.That creates a culture around your business for repetitive transactions. I know because, i also am a business owner + We're a family of 4 different household's. We all eat there and spend hundreds a month and we're gone. We're are looking to replace our favorite pizza place. Do better. I don't know how to contact the owners, so I just decided to leave a message here. Don't allow a manager and uncleanliness to ruin a solid business.

I'm not a pizza lover but Mama's Pizza is fantastic.
I’ve been going to the berry location since I was a tot and they’ve never strayed me wrong but this location was drastically disappointing in comparison. I asked for extra cheese, didn’t look or taste like extra cheese and pizza was burnt. Never have I ever had burnt pizza at mamas at all the locations I’ve been to.

I used to love momma pizza until my sister and I were having lunch and going to the restroom I see this older white guy with the name mark on his name tag take dough out of the trash can and began to make someone’s pizza with it, I was disgusted!! I will be reporting them to the health department, and will never eat there again and if people value their health it should be partitioned that this place be shut down permanently!!!!

I work down the street and wanted to try this for lunch. I ordered a mini pizza. It was delicious!! (a bit greasy but that’s alright) But i waited for over 30 minutes for a MINI! I only had an hour lunch and i had to get back to work
