The owner/manager the rude white guy answered the phone and was very rude. This is the second rude encounter that I’ve had with him. I will NEVER support this location again. I hope you go out of business. I’m going to tell everyone in the area, about my experience. Little do you know, I own a very large corporation in the area that supported this business. NEVER AGAIN

Pizza wasn't done (not hot thru and thru). Two toppings looked like one topping. Their system charged $.54 more than it should've been. $11 for the Pizza and $.25 being togo equals $11.25 plus tax is $12.18...I was charged $12.72. It's not about the money it's the principle..$.54 × 50 pizzas in 1 day...hmmm you do the math. This is why I've only been to this location 2 twice since it's been open. Go to the West Berry location!!

Honestly super disappointed in this location. My family and I love mamas pizza but when we ordered pick up today they didn’t have my cheese pizza on my order (even though it was on my order when it was read back to me) so I sit at the store and wait and wait all the while my other pizza was ready and getting cold. Sat and waited for about 30 min while the front end staff sat around and socialized with their friends who came in. Maybe I’m just being a Karen but this service is awful. Explains why it’s dead at dinner time on a Saturday.

There were a few things not hiting the mark here. First off they only have one drink size to order, which isn't terrible but other drink size options would be nice. The pizza was so greasy when you picked it up, the cheese slides right off. Taste was ok once you put the cheese back on. The syrup was out for a couple of the sodas, and the ones that werent out didnt taste very good. They did replace the syrup after I spoke with the guy at the counter but later on after leaving, we noticed everyone had black specs floating in their drinks, meaning the fountain machine needs to be cleaned.
