it was our first visit and luckily we were served by Adriana A., who was friendly, attentive and sweet. The food was good, but the margaritas and chips and salsa were awesome. hopefully we will return soon to try brunch which Adriana said was fantastic.

My friend since Middle School wanted to meet here for brunch. I agreed so, I could catch up with her. We meet here at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning. There were a handful of people on each side of restaurant and they were fully staffed. My friend wanted to sit by the bar. I would not suggest that because, the cold draft comes from the front door. We had a very attentive Server named Chris, who was giving John Cusack vibes but, Mexican. Lol. He was very friendly and a bit sarcastic. Not complaining sarcasm is funny. Lol. Chris was very welcoming from the get go. He also made a lot of suggestions to order. He was very enthusiastic as well. Then when we ordered he was reinforcing our order choices. For example, I ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup. He said, Ahh, a hot bowl of Soup on a cold day! Chris brought out my soup and even poured the broth on top of soup. It was a nice touch. He checked on us several times even though he was serving the other side of the bar. Also, a Hispanic lady asked to refill my drink. Her timing was perfect. My Tortilla Soup was warm with lots of Tortilla Strips and a hearty chunk of Chicken with a few pieces of shredded Chicken. It was salty and flavorful. Mmmm so good! The Salsa was fresh a little spicy but got flavorful with each bite! I can see why people love this place. The service was excellent and the food was flavorful!

I can't say enough good things about how great our experience was last week at this Rio Mambo. The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, and the manager, Juan ensured everything was perfect. We will definitely be going back!!

Amazing service and great customer service. Food comes quick and always correctly. Managers always comes by and checks if everything is okay. Greatly appreciate everyone here and by far the best restaurant to eat that!

Visited with my adult sons and my elderly father. Food options were enjoyed by both, the service was great and the noise level was low enough that my father could hear and interact with his grandsons. Very enjoyable!
Horrific service ever!! We booked a birthday party for 35 people & they wouldn't allow us to put the tables together or closer! The excuse was we have other parties! The answer was absolutely irrelevant! Our section would not have interfered with the other parties as there was plenty of room. We were given a choice of 3 different dishes which was fine! The cost was $22 per person!! However, one of the servers allowed my friend to order from the regular menu then tried to charge her the $22 when what she ordered was approximately $10 less on the regular menu!! There was an argument between my friend & management! They insisted she pay the $22 which another guy friend ended up paying! They charged $100 for 24 sopa pillas which is F'n ridiculous!! This is a Mexican restaurant nothing extravagant!! At least the combination fajitas were good! The Tex Mex combo is disgusting & overpriced!! Let me just close this, word of mouth is everything & they won't be getting any referrals from me!! In fact, I'll never dine here again! You folks need some training on customer service in order to know what customer retention entails!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT & UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least!!!! I don't like using profanity, however F**k this place!! So I reached out via email as requested!! However, I still haven't received a reply!!

We are expert Tex-Mex eaters ;-) So five-stars for us is always EARNED, as Rio Mambo did today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for four reasons: (1) food is outstandingly delicious - flavorful, fresh, authentic (special shout-out for the Tacos de Pescado (fish tacos), Tamales, and THE SALSA that is perfectly spicy). (2) service is perfection - quick, attentive, patient, very kind (bonus: you pay with cc at the table via the waitstaff's handhelds). (3) location is SO GREAT - just off Bryant Irvin at I-20 & seconds from Chisholm Trail Pwky with TONS of parking. (4) decor is welcoming & warm PLUS they have TWO patios. Visit and you WILL love Rio Mambo also.

Not too sure about this place. We had a few issues since the second we walked in. A friend of mine had a reservation for her birthday but we were told that they didn't have that, then the table wasn't ready until 30 minutes later after they found the reservation. Took about 10 more minutes for our server to appear and we only saw him about 4 times total and a few drinks were forgotten and 2-3 orders in our party were wrong or came out late. Food was not worth the price. It wasn't bad but it also wasn't 'bussin' as every other person in my group thought...but at least they enjoyed it.

Great Tex Mex food in a very welcoming environment. I've been coming here since they opened. Food is way better than most places in Fort Worth. I say most only because there are a lot of Mexican food places in town. I don't want to arbitrarily rule out some other place but Rio Mambo will always be my go to place.

OMG! I wish I did this the day I went. Our server was a young gentleman and super awesome! He had great advice and really assisted me with my specific eating needs. The food was absolutely delicious, really not expensive and I believe there was a dinner and Marg special going on - I got a flight haha so maybe not the cheapest but delicious. Not one Marg was bad. The atmosphere was positive and lively. They were pretty steady busy! Would love to go again
