We stopped in tonight and got one small cup and another small cup with one mix in. 13 dollars for two scoops! What in the world. It was delicious, but that's too much for such a small amount. We got there 30 min before they closed, and the chairs were already up on the tables, and the staff seemed annoyed we came by. We ordered to go and had no plans to eat there, but still...

Only 2 people working on Sat night so long line. More importantly the prices have sure gone up as a regular cup was 6.79 and only 3/4 full. Definitely not worth the wait in line and for that price. Store was extremely dirty as there was an ice cream spill on floor to avoid and one table was covered in chocolate.

first time visitors and pretty disappointed. website says always free mix ins, but this location charges .59 cents per add in / topping. i got cinnamon ice cream that was delicious and birthday cake, which i should have sampled first because it had absolutely zero flavoring. also, but husband got strawberry shortcake sundae, and even though they were out of strawberries and whipped cream, got charged full price.

Young man behind the counter was talkative and joked with us and other customers! Very friendly! Ice cream was delicious!

My boyfriend and I come here pretty frequently (sometimes once a week, couple times a week, every other week) and tonight was our first time being helped by Elizabeth. We’ve always ordered the same thing - same ingredients that’s in the strawberry shortcake (from the Signature Sundaes menu) but in a small mix-in. We like ordering as a mix in because we prefer everything mixed instead of layered. The Sundae cup sizes are also too much to finish so the small mix in size is better for us. We’ve never had any issues with any of the other gentlemen that works there. Elizabeth was confused, so I repeated again "i would like a small mix in using the same ingredients thats in the strawberry shortcake." Elizabeth responded "ive worked here for 3 years and have never had anyone request this, but since it's not too busy, I guess i can do this for you" with a negative tone. She then asks me if i wanted my ice cream in the sundae cup or white cup. i was confused by this because i had already stated i wanted a small mix in. my boyfriend told her in the small mix in cup. Another gal helped my boyfriend and he requested the same thing but seeing how Elizabeth was with mine, he broke it down by telling the other staff he wanted a small mix in cup with sweet cream ice cream, shortcake, strawberry, and strawberry jam and there were no issues (same exact ingredients I had in my cup). When it came time to pay, Elizabeth hands me the best value cup and tells me that she’s going to charge me the best value mix in (largest cup size) which is still better than being charged the Sundae. This is when i had enough and told her i dont understand because i specifically asked for a small mix in size cup. Elizabeth then goes oh, well i guess ill make it again then. i told Elizabeth to just forget it at this point. i did express to Elizabeth my boyfriend and i come here often and have never had any issues with other staff. my boyfriend also literally just ordered the exact same thing that i did. i ended up paying for mine as a best value mix in with my boyfriend's small mix in and left.I did not appreciate Elizabeth’s attitude, tone, or poor customer service. Busy or not, I don’t understand what was the problem in me asking for a mix in when this is what they serve and is on the menu.

Many options and each one we had was delicious. The banana split was amazing. Service was quick and great even with heavy traffic of people coming for ice cream. Recommend and will take family back soon.
