Not only is this my favorite ice cream place but when my family and I walked in an hour before they closed we were greeted with pure joy! John and Kerri were amazing!!!! Great attitude, engaged with the customers, carried conversation with everyone who walked in and did it all with smiles and great attitudes! Highly recommend coming in and meeting them and getting some awesome ice cream!!!

Been going to this marble slab since I was in middle school.... the ice cream is always amazing but the service has been questionable over the last 30 years.... like my eyesight.... Anyway- upon walking in and throughout the whole experience of at least 16 other people being served the two behind the counter have been AMAZING! John and Kerri are a DREAMTEAM and made us want to come back tomorrow! If yall are reading this and decide you want a career change- call my flower shop- we would hire you as a team! I came in for ice cream and was greeted immediately by John and Kerri. I was only there a short time to get a brownie sundae but they both were so nice and kind. They made me feel welcomed. It's so nice to see people who do their jobs with such joy. I hope whoever is in charge acknowledges them. They are an asset to your business.

I’m giving this review as a 5 only because I’ve been coming there for years Tim and Jasmine have always been so sweet and know my order as my kids and I walk through the door .. lately the last couple times that I have came I feel like the new staff have been very pushy I get the business is there to make sales but at the same time it’s to overwhelming…

I spent almost $50. The ice cream was great but I also ordered two smoothies from the menu. What I received was room temperature water with some yogurt and chunks of fruit mixed in. There was no ice. It was not a smoothie. I questioned the employee and he told me that is what their smoothies are supposed to be because they use non fat yogurt and more water. I suspect that he didn't know how to make a smoothie and instead of telling me to order something else or giving me a refund, he just tried to convince me that that's what a smoothie was like. It was gross and they were both thrown in the trash. Total waste of money and huge disappointment. I tried to contact support but haven't heard anything back.
