I’m not usually a fan of ice cream, but my girlfriend wanted to go, so we ended up visiting this spot. The service was great, and honestly, I was impressed too. Kinlee asked me what desserts I like and somehow got me hooked on vanilla with cookie dough ice cream. Very happy with the experience!

Amazing costumer service , was busy since I went on Friday but they were very quick, Fernando mixed my ice cream and it turned out delicious. I enjoyed every bit of this place and will return soon!

The Ice Cream Sandwiches are great. Just a good little dessert to cap off the night. The ice cream could be a little bit more solid to help the sandwich, but overall I enjoyed it. Great service from the employees too.

Marble Slab in Alliance is fantastic! Me and my kids come here everytime we are in the neighborhood prices are unbeatable for the quality. They have tons of mix-ins and are generous with portions. The staff is friendly and makes each visit enjoyable.

Very disappointed. I’ve been to marble slab many times, but this is the first time I’ve seen the person dump ice cream to mix on top of leftover ice cream they recently mixed without cleaning the slab.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! Got this “double doozie” cookie cake as a surprise tonight. It is so fresh and moist. The cream and icing is very delicious. The person that bought this told me this is the place that she always orders her cookie cakes from because they are always delicious.

The staff looked like they hated their life. Didn’t greet or acknowledge anyone. It was 6:45 on a Saturday and they acted bothered that we came in. When we asked for a sample for my 6 yr old daughter to try she rolled her eyes and sighed. I paid $32 for 3 baby 1 small and 1 regular cup. Way too much for subpar ice cream and miserable staff. We sat outside on the curb because we felt uncomfortable eating our ice cream inside. Management needs to do some customer service training

God I'm feelin gassy

The location on Hulen is much better. This location has “okay” customer service (not the best, but not the worst), the inside is very bright and welcoming, but the main attraction “the ice cream” is horrible. It was way too soft! Our ice cream was literally melting as she was putting it in the cone. I think they need to check the temperature of the machine that keeps the ice cream cold, because it’s way too soft. We ended up throwing our cones away, from being disappointed in the texture. Ice cream shouldn’t melt that fast. For those who like extremely soft ice cream, this is the place for you. For others who prefer their ice cream to be creamy and still somewhat firm in texture, this isn’t the place for you. We will go to the Hulen location from now on.
