I have always ordered pizza for delivery and it never disappoints. Excellent tasting pizza. Today I decided to pick up my order and I was received by very welcoming and friendly staff. Awesome place! Will continue to order from here.

Saturday night, I placed a order online for a large magnifico pepperoni pizza. When I went to pick up my order, I was surprised to see only one person, cooking the food, answering phones and ringing up the orders. I was amazed. She told me the staff left at 10pm and she was running the store while her daughter did the deliveries until the store closed. She said her name was Lauren and she was the manager there. I couldn't be more impressed. Also, the pizza was delicious. Thank you Marco's! You have an amazing staff.

Ordered a Chicken fresco pizza with no Onions. Was quoted a 15min pick up time. Arrived in 15 min and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my pizza only to be made Wrong. When brought up to the manager her options were to remake and only give me a $5 credit on a $15 order. Ridiculous. Then after waiting 10 more minutes for my pizza it gets pulled from the oven early and is still doughy. I had to go home and put it back in the oven myself. First experience at Marcos and definitely probably my last. Thanks for a credit I'm never gonna use.

I tried to place an order at about 1:15 pm today. I never had an issue delivering to my job. The street address is on the border line so he refused to deliver. It's crazy they will deliver across the street from us but not to our business today. They have delivered to this address for many years since they opened the Oakmont location. Maybe it's just the employee who answered the phone, But he is making Marcos lose loyal customers. Because my fellow co-workers from first and second shifts have also ordered before. Even though they also deliver to my home and parents house. I will no longer do business with them.
